Without having to go look them up, does anyone know how the time of the photographer's picture taking lines up with Van Rensberg's tour of the scene?

OP said he rushed back into the bedroom and put on his legs, yelled out of the balcony and then went back, broke down the door, got Reeva out of the toilet and took her downstairs. Nowhere does he say he went back into the bedroom near the bedside table, after he had got Reeva (and so had blood on him).

He may have wriggle room by saying he put those blood spatters on the bedroom wall somehow when he disappeared upstairs to wash his hands, after Reeva was laid at the bottom of the stairs. On the duvet too.....

court resumes..

on the towel. a cartridge case.. pic 89 a close up 6.06am

92.. * cartridge pics, one of the cartridge cases in the bathroom

Lots of pics of damaged door taken around 06. on the 14th.

this may put to rest questions re contamination after.

Judge just asked to see a photo again. Cricket bat?

back to pic 88... acartridge case on the left hand side of the panel.

another cartridge case ....

pic 100... this cartridge case.. is this the same one>?? yes

pic 101... 6.09... ( all this is AM..)

this is a fragment .. of the cartridge..

pic 102.... is a close up of the fragment..

There is a fragment near the cricket bat handle. Cartridge?

Bloody cricket bat certainly appears to have blood smears rather than droplets. Droplets all around cricket bat though.

They are saying 'This' is a photo of the cell phone, but all I can see is a gun on a towel.

Cell not visible when photgrapher entered room.

'I picked up the towels duing my investigation, that's when I saw the cell'.

103 .. 104.. 6.14am... 105 is a close up of the firearm itself. 6.17am

photo of the cell phone.. next to the firearm.

back to 103... same cellphone? correct.

107... cell phone , same cell phone. 6.18

108.... 6.19am..... the cell phone. was this visible when you entered the room>>

Nein mi lady.. it was under the towel.. Ipicked up the towel. after photographing it ..

109.... 6.19.... why did you pick up the towel???

just to make sure there was nothing underneath it..

Nel: Why did you pick up the towel?

SR: Just to make sure...I didn't miss anything important.

I remember seeing an article that theorized RS was shot in the hip first in the bedroom, then ran to the bathroom. While the hip wound would have been immobilizing, maybe with an adrenaline rush, RS had enough strength to flee to bathroom. This testimony of blood above the headboard is not good for OP. Let's see how Roux spins this. Very interesting.

He also turned the cricket bat over to take pics of both sides.

The sig side of bat has a thick bloodstain, not spatter. As though it was dropped in pool of blood.

And for some reason photo man put the towel in the tub??
