N: When you arrived at the scene was that window open? (Bathroom)

Photo man: Correct.

I turned the bed over, inorder to photo a bed part..

now.. this bed . this will be visible on another album?

yes..

7.04am.... 7.05am...

back to pic 108...... cell phone pic.. taken at 6.19..... what heopened to the towels???

the towel is inside the bathtub.....

>>

??

dealing with the cellphones. what happened to them?

Botha took the cell phones..

110 = 6.07am.. was that window open> ?? correct..

111......6.07am window open.. still see the towels at the bottom of the photo

113.. 6.16am...towels.

114........115....7.02... what is that?? these are towels.?? broken towels?? I have that wrong .. broken somethings!!/

The sig side of bat has a thick bloodstain, not spatter. As though it was dropped in pool of blood.

And for some reason photo man put the towel in the tub??

I guess they are "paperless"

6.11 pic was taken of plank laying right inside toilet on top of blood. I'm sure that's the plank later seen outside toilet.

6,12 pic of mag rack beside toilet....leaving little room for Reeva to take shelter there.

Damage high up on wall in that corner of toilet too.

6.32 pics of bathroom window from outside. No ladder present that I can see.

Nel wants to know why album was compiled in way it was presented.

Witness says 'Just to show the sequence of the scenes' One room at a time.

He did not consult anyone when he compiled the album. He made a total of 15 albums.

over to pic 164...

this is the series, window to the bathroom.. up to pic 170.... 6.31am..

go all the way back to pic 59.. and......

in time sequence... pic number would follow on. why is the sequence broken up?

to show the scene as presented.. the general overview, then the details..

collective view..then each object in detail.

was their consultation in the production of this album? no

you actually compiled 15 albums..

this is album 1.. what is in album 2???

album 2 is the ensuite bathroom.

but there is already pics taken of this bathroom??
what is the difference.???

album 2 is where the objects were moved.. I presume the panels, etc. first the photos of how it was, then the photos of what had to be moved to get inside, ..

15 albums altogether...

Album two is also the ensuite but where exhibits have been marked out and moved.

Roux used that album to imply contamination, I think, without mentioning the first album showed items untouched!

Ah, I see. Photo man did not put towels in the tub. He took them out, at around 7.00, to photograph them.

Pics of catridges, bloody bat and spatters in the toilet.

in prep for your evidence, yu went thru all the meta data??

yes milady

we will start with pic 173..

14th feb 6.01am...... police cones placed, who did that?? I did, milady

the smallest possible cones. to mark the placement out..

the bottom part of this cone.. you marked exhbit A1..

now the scene is changed. you mark this as w.. towels.. where did you get this towels> inside the bathtub itself..

to pic 176.. this cartridge case. marked as N2. 6.22am. 177 this cartrifgde cse as A3.. 6.23am.

178... 6.23 this cartridge as A4

the fragment of a cartridge.. this is marked...6.40\

pic 180..... cell phone. next to the firearm. it isn't visible in this photo..

Botha collected it.

181... did you move any articles within the toilet cubicle?? yes

why?.. to enable me to photograph.. pictured before moving, and after..

186....... 3 fragments of the cartridge.. I think. maybe some other fragments.

193...........how did it get into this position? thefingerprint experts made it safe.. ( this is the cocked and loaded firearm)

The photo man did move articles in the toilet for this album, to make it easier to takes pics. They are the pics with the cones in, that he put down. He also moved the mag rack from the side of the toilet. And the firearm was moved by the fingerprint experts so he could take a photo. They made it safe.
