Lots of conflicting information in this very tragic and evil case. Some of my questions:

  • Were the twin boys together in the same house when this crime occurred?
  • Whose house was it?
  • Were the twins with their family or with other guardian(s)?
  • If not with a parent, were they in CPS system?
  • Did anyone in the twins' circle know the alleged perp?
  • What are results of autopsy?
  • What are full charges against perp?
  • Is the DPS update link real? If not, who is behind the misinformation campaign?
  • Is alleged perp in system already? For what crimes?
  • Was alleged perp wearing an ankle monitor at time of crime? If not where did that information come from?
  • Is there any video footage of the crime or the perp immediately before or after crime?
  • How was four year old taken with him crying and attracting attention?
And lots more. MOO

I can't believe how they can even give bond no matter how high. Obviously he can't comply with the bounds already set before this happened. He clearly cut off his monitor. These Judges I just can't. MOO

I don't know that he cut off his monitor - where is that info found? I suspected they caught him quickly, in part, because he had his moniter on.

Thank you for finding and posting that.

I’ve been sitting on my fingers about the grandmother & mom frantically searching for the twins since March.
Bio dad missed a court date and disappeared with the boys after judge issued warrant for failure to appear.

UGGGGHHHHH

This makes me SOOOO angry.

The article also said a family member of the perp (grandma?) said DB was receiving special services. I do think he has mental or emotional issues going on (beyond the obvious criminal issues).

Yes, I saw that. His mother stated that he’s receiving services from Metrocare- local mental health services provider. She also stated Darriynn was home all weekend so it couldn’t have been him. Also that she believes he’s being framed.
