I disagree..I believe she caused these injuries. My daughter is 5ft2 and 100 lbs and she is a total fighter I could easily see her making injuries as found on EA and even worse honestly, these injuries are from CM..if they were from a man there would be black eyes..no bite marks etc..these to me are consistent with a girl fighting for her life IMO.

I agree. You'd be surprised what you can do when your fighting for your life. I think it's a possibility that some of the injuries may have been caused by a minor accident as well, but I do not doubt for a minute that she could have cause his injuries!

Not officially, no. It wasn't described as a bite in the warrant. You would think LE has seen a bite or two in their years of experience and would have specified "what appeared to be a bite" or something. I don't have the warrant in front of me, but it said something like bruising and abrasions or something like that, didn't it?

All 95 lbs of her? Feisty or not, I don't believe CM caused those injuries or the damage to his car. Something else is missing. IMO

Well honestly the injuries sound like he was trying to restrain her and she was kicking the **** out of him and bite his arm. I wonder where on his arm the bite was? I think it would be on his lower arm of his dominant hand.
Those injuries arnt normal injuries you see in a fist fight between men so his excuse that he got in a fight the night before holds no water with me. Unless he was a MMA trained fighter and had a match the night before.
Nothing he says makes any sense but I do agree in thinking there is more to all this.
Why was he switching out phones so often at work? What kind of stuff was this guy really into? We know nothing about him and I don't think CM did either. The sex trafficking angle is interesting he could be a middle man like Joran V was and always on the lookout for a vulnerable girl. We just don't know enough about him.

I have been keeping up with this forum for awhile and CM case since the first day she went missing. Sadly we may never know the truth about what happened. Strange case for sure. This could have gone so many different ways based on what we know so far. From the beginning I thought possibly human trafficking based on a few things one being where is from another being what feels like a planned act and the small airports nearby. Then you have the karma/payback thing thrown in there and even that can still be a planned act of events gone this way. Lets say for example he indeed somehow got her in the car in the garage rather it planned or he hit her driving out and freaked out and shoved her he in the car or he hit her and put her there or she simply got in. Lets say she was in there and the something happened during that time regardless of what and why. Did he plan to do something that night? Maybe maybe not regardless something did happen to her lets say those two fought over whatever she fights for her life and the unthinkable happens. He know has to hide her somewhere. If a hole he will need a shovel if planned it my be in his car ahead of time if not he will need to obtain one somewhere. Hardware stores are closed those hours but super WM is 24 hrs. Say he buys one there are cameras or maybe he goes home to get one. Either way he would need something to aid in his digging a hole if he indeed dug one. Otherwise maybe a bridge, body of water and maybe a abandoned structure. So many different things could have happened in this case its mind boggling for sure. I bet the LE has many of the answered and cant share them just yet. He may have not had anything to do with it. But not likely. Drugs may or may not be involved we don't know and may never know. If he did indeed cause her disappearance which IMO he did. Then its only a matter of time. Most likely he used a debit card some time in there to help get more clues but LE has to have enough to warrant those records. I only wish we had more info to go on here. Its possible he had help but don't think so from what we know so far, if its indeed him that caused her disappearance. He culd simply be a young man scared out of his mind over a really bad night, but I think he will end up being the one. But innocent till proven guilty without a shadow of a doubt. I do believe LE is doing what they can with hat they have. Hope the family gets there answers real soon

"Additionally, Affiant noticed that Arochi had bruising to his right forearm and abrasions to his right hand. Arochi advised he sustained these injuries on Friday, August 29, 2014, prior to going out with his friends at the Shops of Legacy. Arochi advised that he sustained these injuries while "turning" his tires "around" and the wheel fell on his hand. He became angry and damaged his front right fender by punching it with his right fist and striking it with his forearm."

if not guilty the way it's going he still needs one.

What he needs is to just tell the damn truth.
I don't know what show he is watching but it sure looks like LE is coming after him and him alone right now. So if he is covering for someone or whatever he needs to come on with it or I'm afraid he is gonna take this ride alone.
Understand this whole media thing is just another tactic LE is using to keep the pressure on this guy. They are going at him at every angle until he breaks.

What if he is an accomplice?

He would be considered just as guilty but by not telling keeps them free.

Not defending his actions, but I'm a local from Allen and always would take 121 back home from the shops. Even after a late night at the bars over there. 121 east to Alma and then south. There is nothing unusual about that route at all. A lot of people I know would do the same. There are a lot of different options, and I'm sure some people might choose to go across Legacy, but I never do.

I would never find myself in the situation I believe he is in, but if I did, I would hire, the same type of attorney he did. Based on the past events and the accusations thrown at him he should have an attorney that could potential defend him should he be charged. A vast majority on here think he is guilty, the family does, and people all over social media do as well. It is better in life to be prepared for the worst case scenario to get ahead of what is to come. At least that is how I live my life. getting that lawyer was the only smart thing he has done this far.

The accusations thrown at him would not be there had he came out with facts about what happened. How do you remember what you had to drink and how many shots of CAPTAIN MORGAIN rum...not Malibu or anything...and not recall what happened to someone you were walking from a party with? A little hard to believe. We know for fact he lied about things...ex: which way he took home vs. what the toll tag showed. He refuses to talk to CM's family...why? If you couldn't remember what happened I think you'd still offer up as much as you could remember and let them maybe try to fill in the gaps. If you're genuine about not knowing, I think there would be some sort of remorse and regret that you can't help or are limited with your help. When you're stand-offish about not knowing and refusing to talk to family but go to the media instead...I see it as an"open and forthcoming image" cloak to conceal what you may really know and cover your @$$.

but was it ever mentioned in msm what time he arrived (or stated)to the location of his parents home?
All we know is last verified movement in the car is 4:08a on the Rayburn toll heading northbound crossing over Custer..correct? TIA~

I'm guessing that's not established as EA has said LE has interviewed his brother three times, as his brother wasn't out with him that night I will assume they are looking for a timeline, which of course they can't get cause of all the lies!!!!!!
