More than likely it took that long for him to even know what his bail amount was...things happen in the jail and people get put on hold... a week may of been pretty darn good compared to some people who sit in there much longer waiting on paperwork to even know what their bail is set at.

Bail isn't usually hard to get with just a stolen phone charge though. Not like it was murder or kidnapping or something..

Steven Nickerson was with Morris before she went missing and said she seemed a little upset that night, but he didn't know what was wrong. He said she insisted on driving back home to Fort Worth, but he never realized it would be the last time he saw her before she was reported missing.

"She was loved by everyone. She was the nicest person I've ever met, great personality," said Nickerson. "I don't see anyone that could lay a finger on her."

Where was he at when CM & EA(jr) left the Apartment on Scruggs??? Had he left before them to the garage?

His body is beat up, his car is beat up and he's on something the morning of 8/31. Adderall and alcohol have likely left his system (mostly). IMO, he must have taken something else to still be noticeably 'on something'. This feeds the OD theory in my mind, possibly he and CM took additional rx and she may have had a worse reaction than him because of her size. Maybe totally flipped out.

IMO - This makes me think along the lines of EA saying to CM (Hey lets swing by my place and I want to grab xyz drug) [modsnip] he does the drug and has a bad trip or makes an inappropriate move. Freaks out and then tries covering it up over the next few hours until he shows for work at 11am.

It could go that way too. The car damage could have been from 1)he's impaired and hits something on the way home (or wherever they were going), The Allen-American article does speak to anger issues, he flips out and takes out his anger on CM, 2) CM is being abducted against her will and fights like hell in the car while driving and pulls the wheel causing the car to hit something, or 3)The damage occurs after he has possibly killed CM [modsnip] and he has to drive offroad to hide her body.

It's interesting that he mused to a coworker that he's a good person and doesn't drink/smoke anymore. Is it possible that he thinks that he is being a good person by covering up rx use by CM? And that he doesn't drink/smoke anymore because he has seen how deadly it can be?

He would have to be punching something or someone very hard to have bruises all over his fists. Could they come from something else?

speculating only-Is it possible EA took her keys at some point, walks her out, she realizes her keys are missing, he says I'll give you a ride, she texts HF she has no house key, leave door open, but since she had a ride, didn't mention missing her car key?
