Here is a (new to me) video showing a
white van backed up near garage/gate with ambulance also backed in in front of van. (Starts at 1:38)

Great find, thank you so much!

Also, at the 2:37 mark the reporter says, "They (LE) are searching for answers from the man that also was detained inside the home on Bo Jack Drive."

If this was some small town police department going it alone, one unfamiliar with handling a murder case, I’d be concerned.

This involved the FBI, Austin Police, and the Texas Rangers.

They know exactly how to process a crime scene. <modsnip>
It appears the Media were "unfamiliar with handling a murder case." :p:D:rolleyes: JMO

Right, so if he was home, I'm guessing his vehicle was as well. JMO So maybe he did come home between the aerial footage from earlier in the day until the search warrant was executed? I also think that it may be why there was some confusion in those first few days because there are tweets saying that people were in custody. Just as an example: Melanie Barden on Twitter

I really don't think the bf/landlord was involved at all, I am sure we would have heard of an arrest or something by now. But I have no doubts that they questioned him extensively. Poor guy.

The towing away of the black SUV could have been nothing more than to get it out of the way since that driveway seems pretty narrow and they needed or wanted access to it.

JMO

Thanks, but that looks like a black vehicle with white on the side. Not a white ME Van. Am I just missing it???
IMO I see what appears to be a white Chevy van in the driveway (mostly obscured by a bush). I’m posting a couple examples I found of Houston ME vans-both white Chevy vans. IMO it could be an ME van, all I’m sayin...

See if this one is any better - I didn't adjust color, just brightened it in Photoshop.

Looks like the front of a Chevy Express van.

You can see the Chevy "Bowtie" emblem in the grill.

Crime scene tape can be seen on the gate while the male neighbor is being interviewed.

I think that is the remnants of the crime scene tape that was up the previous day/night. There is aerial video of this guy being interviewed in that spot, the crime scene tape wasn't up still.

I have this video from the morning of the 20th, no crime scene tape, it's been removed. If you look closely, you can actually see the tape ends at the corner of the fence towards the neighbours driveway.

Yes, I agree. My point, in response to the OP who said the vehicle wasn't taped off, is that it was. Sorry, I should have used BBM to be clear. MOO
