Yes~~~
Spiritual Bypassing IMO, this was part of it. I’ve observed it quite a bit in the holistic community. MOO—KA has grave, deep-seated emotional and character issues that she managed with yoga and whatnot. They weren’t properly addressed, though. Likely lots of denial/enabling going on around her, too. I imagine the mushrooms were no help. Well, maybe for a spell.
She missed the true essence of yoga and let others impact and control her, no restraint ... this one. Weak, imo. moo

KAITLIN ARMSTRONG MURDER TRIAL

Good Wednesday morning, everyone. We are back in court today after a day off. APD Homicide Detective Spitler was on the stand when we adjourned on Monday. He was the first person to share the news of Mo's death with Strickland and led the 6.5 hour interrogation back at APD headquarters.Live tweeting continues below!

I’m curious - why would CS have been upset that KA wore his clothes? Do we know if she was wearing a fan shirt? Like this? Rapha unveils geology-inspired Colin Strickland Strata gravel clothing range
From what I have read, he did his own mending, etc of his clothing. I have seen a photo of him at a sewing machine with his racing wear under the needle. I'm just guessing that if someone else was wearing his clothes and damaged them so they needed repair or replacement, he would not be pleased. I'll see if I can find the article I'm remembering.

Off to a delayed start today. 9:21am: Kaitlin Armstrong enters the courtroom wearing a black pantsuit and white collared blouse. She greets her attorneys and chats quietly with them with a smile. She nods along with whatever they are discussing.

This is the most animated or talkative I have seen Kaitlin Armstrong during this entire trial. She and her defense attorney Puryear continue chatting and smiling as the jury is escorted in. Three sheriff's deputies take their seats beside her.

Judge Kennedy is in the courtroom. Armstrong has entered the courtroom. We’re waiting for the jury to enter and then things will start.

NEW WITNESS. Both sides have agreed to call a new witness due to scheduling, so Det. Spitler’s testimony will continue at another time.

Witness 24: Joan Gillcrist. She owns 68 degrees kitchen, which is across from Pool Burger. The state is asking Gillcrist about their security system, which she says they’ve always had.

@JessicaTaylorTX

Gillcrist says that police reached out to her and asked her to lookup footage from the timeframe, presumably from when Wilson and Strickland were in the area.

It's currently 9:18 AM and the judge just walked in. Jury and Armstrong are not in yet. But Moriah's family/friends and Kaitlin's dad & mom are in court.

Armstrong just walked in wearing a fitted black suit and white button down. We expect to see Homicide Detective Richard Spitler back on the stand today. Waiting for jury.

Due to scheduling issues state is pulling up another witness before Det. Spitler. Joan Gillcrist on stand. Owner of 68 Degrees Kitchen, across street from Pool Burger. PB is where Moriah & Colin had dinner & drinks before he dropped her off. She was shot less than an hour after

The footage shows an outdoor patio adjacent to Deep Eddy Avenue. It is dated 5/11 @ 8:15pm. In the background, you can see Pool Burger, where Strickland and Wilson were dining after their swim at Deep Eddy.At 8:16pm, you can see a white motorcycle with two people on it pass by.In a different video angle, we are now looking at interior footage of the restaurant. There are floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook a parking lot and road. The State pauses the video at a moment where you can see the same motorcycle with two people on it.

A new witness will be called to the stand and Detective Spitler will continue his testimony at another time due to a scheduling conflict.Next witness: Joan Gillcrist, owner of 68 Degrees Kitchen. Directly across the street is Pool Burger.

Her restaurant has various interior and exterior cameras which were recording on 5/11/22. She had turned it over to APD when they were investigating. We are about to view the footage from Gillcrist's restaurant.
