TB states she was about to take Sam to school when his mother and “fake cop” demanded she give him to them. The school should at least confirm the last day he was there.

Even more concerning is she said she cannot remember any physical characteristics of the man, other than he had a full police uniform, gun, handcuffs and a radio.
Good thing there are real cops, with real guns, and hand cuffs on the case now. They won't play. MOO

Wait Hwat? IIRC a family member of the fiancee was watching Samuel, not the fiancee herself. MOO

Yes either story changed or original report was sloppy. He was at the home of fiancée’s mother but with fiancée... apparently?? Or not. See Tim Miller quotes about lack of credible account of when and where Sam was last seen.

Setting the fiancée to the side for a moment... Has there been a statement of when:
1. Father last saw him
2. Mother last saw him

Reportedly, father and his fiancé were at the search site, watching it being carried out.

Does that make it seem like they were searching a place connected to bio-mom or her family? It kind of does hint that, IMO

Missing child: Samuel Olson, 6, last seen Thursday in southwest Houston | abc13.com Back to original story. It keeps changing. Fiance's family member was watching Samuel, mother did not have custody. Now the fiancee was watching him, and the mom does have custody. No wonder Tim Miller said what he said. He's very credible. MOO
OKAY---good, glad to hear once again, that the mother has legal custody.

Really makes one wonder why she would then go with a FAKE officer and take him away and then deny it. Why wouldn't she go with the legal orders and a real officer and take him home?

If bio-mom is the one with legal custody, then who has the motive to hide him away? Not her, but I can think of someone else who might feel the need to do so.

I read: Samuel was in the care of a relative of his father's fiancée when his mother, who doesn't have custody, appeared with someone claiming to be a police officer and demanded to take the boy, Tanya said.

(Shoulder shrug)

Search underway for 6-year-old boy from Webster missing since Thursday, Texas EquuSearch says

Update
Houston police would not confirm if they were investigating allegations of an abduction, telling KPRC 2 the matter was a custody battle.

...
Miller added while Balboa said the fake officer and Samuel’s mother took him Thursday morning, there are questions about the specifics of when he was taken – and how.

“We’re really trying to figure out when is the last time Little Sam was actually seen so we can fit somewhat of a starting point of when something possibly happened,” Miller continued.

Samuel’s mother could not be reached for comment Monday, but Olson confirmed she had legal custody of the boy.

...

When asked why the boy was with Balboa, Olson said she would help watch the boy because he didn’t have a car and worked long hours in construction.

...

Olson maintained he and the boy’s mother have had problems in the past; however, KPRC 2 uncovered court documents that confirm Olson and Balboa have had issues, as well.

...

Still, the existence of the protective order raises questions about why the boy was with Balboa.

Olson insisted the Balboa wasn’t at fault.
