The bevers went with another family that is related to WH last summer to Oregon. I think WH went too, how convenient. JMO in regards to housing in Oregon, we top the list of having a hard time finding houses. We are worse then CA.

7 Search Warrants have been filed with the District Clerk office, only 3 of the 7 have the hand written Search Warrant # sheet *THAT WE HAVE BEEN PROVIDED.They are as listed. Meaning that the last number is for that particular SW....

JMHO, very possible that with a small town PD, there were only 49 SW issued prior to MB Case #50. The 3 of the 7 are not numbered chronological order by dates.

There are no other Clerk Filing numbers other than "FILED FOR RECORD" and date/time and District Clerk Stamp. JMHO there would be some sort of ledger within the Clerks office documenting each filing for that day. Paper trail. Which makes me wonder if there are other SW filed but for someone/something else within the case but not picked up by MSM? Example SW for xx for xx filed. For this case but not MSM Reporter not told or they do not check the daily filings? MSM has gone on to other things long ago. July 2 last press conf? How many SW has MPD issued up til todays date? And what/who are they for? Are the Sealed SWs "filed for Record" or somehow recorded at the Court Clerks office before unsealed and once unsealed then following Texas Statue "filed for record" The Judge would have to sign off on any SW so there has to be a record somewhere. :waitasec:

WH is on a lot of friends lists that are related to BB. WH comments a lot on the picture of Bb and RB when they were in Oregon, That was posted on fb.

The area they were in was Lincoln City , Oregon which is two hours away from Portland a major city in Oregon. Coastal recreational activities and a big casino is the big high
Iight there. Some of Wh's pictures on her fb look familiar to spots in Oregon.

JMHO they have that RV and I can see it possible they are now "snowbirds" North in Summer and South in Winter. I have no clue as to what kind of work they may do or if retired. Could do something that can do online? I am not seeing a big deal on this personally I guess because I do know many "Snowbirds" lol jmho And as far as WH family or whatever. BB and WH late husband were childhood friends and very close. So that also would make sense to be that other family members may also be close. Again JMHO

Yes, I understand BB and WH' s husband were childhood friends.
However, he has been deceased for approximately 2 years now.

At some point, WH and MB were no longer FB friends. I wonder if it was more on MB' s side being uncomfortable with another woman being closer to BB and his family than she may have been.

The fact WH, an attractive widow is communicating ( while "innocently" on the eve of MB's murder) with MB' s husband is enough to ring some alarm bells.

And maybe there were warrants issued in other counties nearby.

Respectfully BBM, could be many reasons we are unaware of. Reasoning I posted was jmho but from all we know of the K9 used at Creekside Church of Christ ... from media and ATF webpage:

I strongly think BB was indicating to someone on his FB page on the day he was leaving for his fishing trip, what was happening. Bad weather...blah, blah, blah. And then, "Hope you made it" by WH at 7:00 p.m. when he had not yet arrived in MISS when he was supposed to. He later responds back to no one in particular that it had been a long flight but had made it. And that was that. [emoji6]

Why is no one speaking of WH and why she is on the SW? Could it possibly be she and BB were having a "relationship", too. If so, how did they communicate without being obvious?

:waitasec: Do you have a link? Not being snarky just wondering how we know who has been interviewed by police, at all let alone several times. JMHO there potentially are many as the case progressed that may have been called in to ask more questions, which JMHO those questions could be about someone else. Lots of people were calling in tips... So merely speaking with MPD with out being on a SW means not much. to myself I mean. Sorry did not mean this to sound snarky. JMHO

MPD tells us the remaining video is of no significant value, or something to that effect. WHY? Why won't they let us judge for ourselves?

I believe most of us who have seen the brief video, DO recognize the gait. The gait is VERY similar to a certain family member.

I am unsure who you are replying to in regards to BBM - we have no idea if there are more. In May when I first came to that thought it was for different reasons. I am unsure who the Ohio immigrants even are lol

I have been curious since KS was on camera stating that BB phones had been tapped how he knew that. < In the SW Statutes there is a whole section on wire tapping and pen . Also in the section speaking about Sealed SW... **Bolded below** Which has made me think for a long time that BB lawyered up. Nothing more than just reading the Statute and fact that he has not spoken publicly since May 24 iirc.

JMHO.. unsure if related in anyways to this case. but if you were to go to the Ellis County Texas Clerk page and look under Civil ... A filing on 11/22/16. This is the only other person beside BB listed in 2 Affidavits on different SW.
Never know if there were a messy divorce what may possibly come out. JMHO

That I don't know. The part I put in quotes came straight from the warrant so the Affiant believed that BB had engaged in message transactions constituting evidence in the murder investigation and possibly other offenses via Facebook.

I think there are a number of people here who have and even continue to believe what you believe and have and do mention WH and BB/WH. So it isn't as if no one is speaking about it.

My own personal take on it is if MPD were told or discovered that BB had or was having a relationship with anyone they would have hung him out to dry publicly along with the other person just like they did with CW if they thought BB was involved in some way with Missy's murder in order to ramp pressure on him especially via his kids finding out, Missy's family, Missy's friends, etc. In cases like these spouses are the default suspect so it surprises me that if they had any such information that they didn't use it to their advantage.

As for how they would communicate without being obvious it would be almost impossible once someone is looking to find such communications. If you do some research you can find various techniques that cheaters use - up to highly sophisticated opsec including codes, voice-mail drop only phone numbers, skype (and similar) over the web via private browser from their phone, etc. - and all of those can be detected, even if the communication contents themselves cannot be recovered. The only reasonably safe opsec cheaters can use is to only communicate face to face and make sure that no one - not a single person (including waitresses/waitors/hotel clerks etc.) - ever see them together, which is pretty much impossible as well.
