This is RAF Honington not USAF Mildenhall we are talking about. Am sure they have guards but where I worked they never actually logged you in as such if you had your pass. Wondered if it is similar at Honington. I.e no log just waved through. Only visitors got logged. He reckons gates are manned constantly. He could essentially get in his room unseen but the guards would have let him in. He's not raf though, I did ask if in his opinion it would be different and he launched into some mod talk that I zoned out of to be honest! I know from others that mildenhall base isn't very good security wise and I was under the impression that lads sneaked dates in but he seems to think the guards would have seen him.
Could we have the timeline post again please

dOctober 20th Victoria Derbyshire interviews with Nicola and Tony on Find Corrie website, Nicola says they were able to work out 28mins travel time to the roundabout and she says it could have travelled on from that mast as above. Tony said in that interview that Corrie could have been obscured by a vehicle walking out of the horseshoe, where Nicola is more adamant IMO that he could not leave unseen unless in a vehicle.
I don't think they would log (or certainly never used to) but CCTV would cover every station entrance and exit so they could look back and see when he arrived or left. This is RAF Honington not USAF Mildenhall we are talking about. Out of interest, does anyone know when Corrie last saw any of his family members?
They keep going back to the bin lorry that it's looking likely the phone was separated from Corrie and thrown in the bin, so Nicola's viewpoint is in all her interviews, he could not have walked unseen and not been picked up by any of the cameras because there are so many of them. Therefore he was separated from his phone forcefully or accidentally and it ended up in the bin and Corrie left that horseshoe area in a vehicle. I don't think Nicola and Tony think the same, after going back over all the interviews. Tony is the one who early on made an appeal to him if he was AWOL to come back and things could be sorted out. Tony is the one who mentioned the phone pings near a dogging site in the radio interview. When asked about Corrie being gay, in the same interview Tony stated he didn't know what his nephew did, whereas Nicola refuted that there was any possibility he could be gay. Tony is the one who stated he could have left the bin area obscured by a vehicle. Tony has been more open to all options, whereas Nicola has discounted AWOL, suicide, leaving on foot, so it's leaving willingly and unwillingly in a vehicle from the horseshoe. When Tony and Nicola were interviewed in the Victoria Derbyshire programme, Tony although stating in that interview that Corrie could have left the area obscured by a vehicle on foot, he then didn't mention this again when running through the options after Nicola had spoken. Would Nicola know more than Tony, highly unlikely that she wouldn't share information and vice versa? In his last interview, Tony stated he didn't think Corrie was alive. Corrie's dad and his grandfather said likewise, and now Nicola has started the public searches. It does look like there has been a change around the time of the grandparents reward. JMO Sources of information are all on Find Corrie website radio and TV interviews. This doesn't add anything new to your question, Polo!d
I wonder what the 'new evidence' is that Nicola refers to which makes her say 'it's not looking like Corrie was with his phone'?
Also, if Corrie's phone could be anywhere in the world, then surely Corrie could be too?

I'm guessing they'll take it in sections?
Surely that would have been one of the first things they'd have done? Checked their own cctv to see when they all came back to camp that weekend wouldn't they? To see if there was anything suspicious?I don't think they would log (or certainly never used to) but CCTV would cover every station entrance and exit so they could look back and see when he arrived or left.

So 1.20 leaving Flex could be about right too. Shouldn't the police have exact times rather than "about" . They have it on cctv don't they? Beginning to understand nicola's frustration as this is a month after the disappearance at this point.Police report on 25/10 puts Corrie in the takeaway "aorund 1.15 - 1.30"
