Unsure if this is allowed so please let me know if it I'll delete.

Has anyone seen the discussion on the fb page about the cctv footage? Appears it's not just people walking about.

There are lots of people in the immediate area between 3-4am. One in particular running and a group waiting near the bins area.
I haven't seen the fb page, what do you mean 'it's not just people walking about'? Ah I've just seen you've added that one person is 'running'...I'm not on fb but can see what has been posted but cannot see this that you mention...

From what I can gather the cctv in the hub are showing the unidentified people in the area. There are a lot of people walking through, people congregating and talking in that area, a man running from that area. People with hoods up and looking around over their shoulders. It's a mixture of cctv and still photos. Majority male est 17-30 dark clothing, jeans etc

The congregating on the corner Corrie turns round is within 10-15 minutes of 3.25am

But you couldn't discount the idea that it was female, he left the house say 6-7am (so before a husband would be home for a night shift or so a roommate wouldn't catch him) and has tried to walk home from there? I guess it depends what routes he could take from the residential property and where they've searched but surely he could have still gotten lost, injured etc?

Although I admit the investigation does seem to point to more foul play.

Just to clarify, I'm not suggesting my points are definitive. Just gut feelings and logical guesswork. :)

I don't know. Corrie was available at 3.30am precisely because his night out had not gone to plan. If there was a (presumably male) predator either on the streets looking for a random, possibly slightly vulnerable, victim or e-cruising on Grindr, then Corrie might have been his perfect victim. Separated from his friends, still at least slightly drunk, bored, getting cold and not quite sure what to do with himself.

Corrie might well have been the unlucky sod who was in the wrong place at the wrong time and simply available.

ITA, I think whatever happened was random, either an accident or flukey pick up.

Obviously Grindr is in the news today, I wonder if they keep historic data of who was online in a particular area a particular time

Are you there?

I'm going to hazard a guess that this is the reason Nicola spoke to local colleges. Consensus is a lot of these people in the hour after corries cctv appearance are young looking.

People are commenting under the event on the page, just discussing trying to get people in to look on their lunch breaks, getting to local shop owners and taxi drivers etc and some discussion on what the cctv includes.

Although I'm aware it is against tos on the site to take information from Facebook comments, I'm hoping in this case it can be bent a little because the descriptions from cctv footage in the hub are obviously what's being shown and not rumour or conjecture.

I'm so hoping this helps with a breakthrough of some kind and that the majority of the more suspicious looking people are identified thanks to this hub. Whatever the reasons are for doing it, it it's works that's brilliant.

This is quite unbelievable that this footage (which sounds to be very suspicious) is only just being shown 8 weeks after Corrie's disappearance. If these people were in the area they must have seen something...or know something.

Just going back to my own theory of a 'consultation prize' for Corrie and a continuance of the nights frivolities when he was ejected from the nightclub...

Again this is pure speculation as we've no idea the calls he made or received but, if he was ejected from the night club then his mates would presumably still be in there. He would HAVE to had made contact with someone to redress the socialising balance to secure a lift home. It would be an amazing thing for someone out of the blue to contact HIM after 'ejection'. The coincidence is beyond belief really. So I'm going to suggest Corrie instigated the approach to the third party by mobile phone be it text, voice or whatever. This then lends itself to the wait because the third party is detained somewhere (until 0330 in the nightclub?). A kebab, chips and two burgers late pushes to a 0324-0400 pick up. Look at my fastest journey from club to Short Brackland image. By the time you've said your goodbyes, pressed flesh with a few bodies its 0345. Add 10 minutes onto that for travelling to Short Brackland and its nearly 0400!

Which post is it under? The one with the Police pod pictures has the comments turned off.

If the CCTV is as is being reported on the Facebook page, it seems more and more ridiculous to me that it's only being shown now.

I can't find it eather, the event bit is empty on it, maybe you have to be loged in to see that bit,

Does anyone know what's going on in Mildenhall right now? Police, dogs, helicopter searching the area

I believe you need to be a member of the group in order to see the event that Tony created & the comments under it, due to his own profile being private.

On the main page tony has created an event for the pod viewing, it has around 150+ comments

Can't find it and have scrolled back to the 18th November. As Scorpio says, maybe need to be logged in? (I don't have a Facebook account..)

Possibly, I am a member. It looks like the pod is getting a fair bit of attention and it seems hopeful people will be identified.
