OMG, I can't with EB. Is the DUI Guy or any of LawTube there to tell us how the jury feels about this? I don't trust Court TV.

I could have sworn DUI Guy said earlier in the week, that it's palpably obvious to him that the jury does not like Elaine.

One, they keep saying Johnny NEVER takes personal responsibility for anything and never admits his faults

Two, they keep posting his texts in which he apologises sincerely and says he was wrong and wants to work on his faults

Both of those things cannot be true!

Elaine and the makeup. She is so hung up on Amber's makeup routine in order to excuse "no visible injuries", away, it is utter BS IMO. Cannot believe that anyone can buy into this. The makeup is all they have to excuse away the fact that NO visible injuries existed. Ugh.
