Why is it when JM puts up a photo of a dead Travis, JA looks away, covers her face and pretends to cry but when Nurmi puts up the same photo, she sneaks long peeks and doesn't pretend to cry? Does that make any sense at all?

I picture JA would have wayyyy more to say if she were giving someone things to tweet.

I followed the tweets referenced by JM in the hearing.

After that hearing the tweets were deleted.

Probably just another of those unhappy coincidences that have plagued that girl ever since her vampire-hunting days.

I thought Mr. Martinez had asked the judge for a court order to stop arias from tweeting.

He did. She didn't.

But she asked him to produce some kind of proof or something and Juan just conceded because "he ain't got time for tweets."

Arias said she was lost because it's an alibi that doesn't depend on anyone else and paints her as 'ditzy'. Win win.

I find Nurmi's pleas to Arias' supposed intelligence quite amusing. 'If she was so smart, why did she do it this way?' First of all, they said her IQ was 112? That's not particularly high. At all. Also, intelligence ≠criminal sophistication. Moreover, all of those 'opportunities' Arias had to kill Travis: as much as she might share sociopathic traits, killing a person is still an undertaking. She may have been saddled with hesitation, doubt, and whatever else.

If she had murdered him from behind or while he slept she wouldnt have the sick pleasure of watching him die or him Knowing she was taking bis life. It wss very important that it be up close face to face and with terror and horror.

She is one sick monster.

scott Peterson has gotten tons of proposals on death row. Sadly there are sick people out there. Like the woman Rosie? that worked on Caseys case. She walked off and left her family for a man on death row.

The count is around 450 or so supporters but the same few people post over and over. Very weird. Seems like junior high cattiness with a killer twist - literally. They are bashing everyone from the judge to JM to the Hughes with banal sexual references and obscene language. A complete bash session. Terrible. I can't see how that kind of display is going to gain much support for donations, which they are requesting. Foolish people. Low on the humanity spectrum. I won't go there again.

This is when she starts in about finding the charger, about 37:00 when she talks about the charger and turning it on.

I remember her speaking about sleeping in the car and lying about being stranded but honestly, I've had enough of Nurmi. I tried to find it but every time I stopped, Nurmi was saying, "Weeeeeeeeeeelll, let me ask you this?" and "Ok, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnnddddd ...." and I gave it up. lol

I'm trying to watch it. After 10 minutes, I haven't heard it. ETA--I listened to this for about 30 minutes and they do not discuss her getting stranded. They go right into her being with Ryan burns after they talk about her calling people and leaving voicemails and what she was thinking about and how she felt she needed to act with Ryan.

What I have heard so far is that Jodi said Leslie told her that they knew that Travis and Jodi still talked, so they called him to see if he knew where she was.

This got me to thinking....why would Leslie have called Travis? Was this on Travis' phone? I know that when my phone is off for a long time, it won't tell me the missed calls. So I'm thinking Leslie could have potentially called him at ANY time after Jodi was late. Could Jodi have anticipated that and turned off his phone after the Chris text?

I know it was in the office, and maybe Jodi could have erased Leslie's call from the call log if she'd called while Travis was alive, but what are the odds that she tried to call him after Jodi was 5 or 6 hours late, versus her calling him after 530pm when Jodi was more like 8 hours late?

I don't know. Anyone know when Leslie called Travis?
