I feel like they murdered Cody simply because he was unfortunate enough to fall into their net and they wanted his car. But if she wants to be prosecuted for a hate crime as well, I won't argue with her.

You can't be serious. My God, these people are monsters.

In previous times, monsters like these two would be quickly taken out and shot, and society would be free of them. Now, they will be assigned a team of lawyers and psychiatrists at taxpayer expense who will look for any possible way to reduce their liability for their heinous acts. If sentenced to death, they will most likely spend 20 years or more waiting on appeals, which will cost at least a million dollars. Meanwhile, they will enjoy three square meals a day, free medical and dental care, lots of reading materials and who knows what else (internet, cable TV, etc).

Justice is going to take an awful long time to be realized here.

Yes, you are a monster. I am amazed that this guy was allowed out of prison!

When choosing to kill his father, he understood the ramifications of his decision, he said

Pedersen has spent nearly half his life behind bars, with time in the Oregon state prison system and federal facilities in Louisiana, Colorado and Texas.

He was first sentenced to six years in prison for robbery when he was 16. But he continued to rack up time for various assaults and fights that were driven by an urge to deviate from his normal prison routine, Pedersen said.

He estimated that of his 14 years in prison, 11 of them were spent in solitary lockdown. It was such stints of sensory deprivation that prompted him to threaten a federal judge in 2001, with the knowledge it would at least get him into court.

This guy has always been a loose cannon. Even in jail, he would not calm down. This was a disaster waiting to happen. I can see with this article that the defense will claim that his upbringing made him a monster; however, there just is NO justification for the acts that he committed.

Poor Cody! R.I.P. At least these two monsters were caught. Hopefully the prison system will get it right this time and ensure that the public will be safe forever from these two! I do not think that she was forced to go along if she admitted to killing the step-mother.

So, he's basically admitting that Grigsby was held against her will (like..he kidnapped her??) and she should be let go. Really?

Don't think so. If that even attempts to hold up in court I'll be extremely angry.

The following news release is forwarded at the request of Eureka, California Police Department:

The Eureka Police Department is requesting the public's assistance with the investigation of the recent murder of Reginald Clark.

The Eureka Police Department requests that anyone who may have seen or had contact with the suspects in this case, identified as David Joseph Pedersen (age 31) and Holly Ann Grigsby (age 24), on 10-4-2011 thru the early morning hours of 10-5-2011 (especially in the area of Winco Foods), contact the Eureka Police Department.

The Eureka Police Department also wants to talk to anyone who may have seen Clark's vehicle or the vehicle associated with Pedersen and Grigsby, during that same time period. Clark's vehicle is described as a blue and silver 1989 Ford pickup with canopy. Clark's vehicle had no license plates displayed. The vehicle associated with Pedersen and Grigsby is described as a white 1999 Plymouth Breeze four-door displaying Oregon license 025 CCH.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Detective Sergeant Patrick O'Neill of the Eureka Police Department's Criminal Investigations Section at 707-268-5261.

Photographs of suspects and both mentioned vehicles provided with this release.

I think that it is just sick that not only did David kill his father, he is now making accusations against him which he cannot defend. Realizing that these accusations are decades old, it still did NOT give him the right to kill his father. He is a monster! It is interesting too that he claims that he did this for what happened to his "sister"; however, according to him, David and Holly (his sister) have been estranged for years. So very sad!

I wouldn't give these two killers the time of day.I would not want to look at them or be anywhere near them.They reek of sewerage and are a bunch of losers.What they did to these innocent victims was horrific.No justification

I also have a timeline done, but I am not sure if it will upload correctly, giving it a try... I truly have a gut feeling that there are more bodies. I just think they had too much time driving around and "between kills". I also feel there is one more vehicle.
