Ive tended to think JA had every intention of keeping the pics. I don't think she meant to wash the camera with the card in it. She knows damn well what a memory card is and where it is on a camera. I also think that the entire reason why JA's original plan didn't work it is because she underestimated how long it would take for him to die and she didn't expect the gigantic mess. Those things made her have to hurry more.

Now that I look at it more closely, I think it is old news. It was cancelled license from 1989. But she now has her MFCC counseling license, I assume. So it is a moot point.

Yes, it is an option for the pictures to come out with no time or date so that when the pictures are viewed and put into a say, scrapbook you won't see them. BUT the camera had manufacturing timestamps on the memory card that you can't mess with.

I think Bobby is quite alive. There was "this rumor" about him way back when but I think peeps are getting confused with Caylee's baby daddy that supposedly died in a car wreck.

Someone by the same name was killed in a shooting around the time Travis was slaughtered. It's a different bobby though

Hopefully if Flores was correct and all new model rental cars have internal gps on them, we'll get some rebuttal testimony on that.

You are correct regarding the stains. He stated it "looked like" Kool-Aid however no tests were performed and therefore nothing other than speculation the stains were blood.

Yes they are. And as I said before, even if the pic were extracted from allocated memory, the timestamp does not lie.

Not all of them, there were two of the defendant that were not date and time stamped.

Regarding the Theft of the Laptop from the Psychologist: What shocks me is she didn't make a backup of something so important. Any Clinical Psychologist getting ready to testify in Court would know to back up their work. That was just plain incompetence on her part. I mean you can have anything you do automatically backup up online now with zero effort with a cloud service. What an oops moment for her.

I doubt it had anything to do with the Trial though. Just a simple Burglary. :what:

I was wondering if the defense team was making a big deal about Juan outside the court house signing a women's cane and a picture or two taken with some public fans.
Isn't it wrong for Jennifer Willmott and Maria Dela Rosa, the mitigation lady to go out for dinner with AVL when AVL is still going to be on the stand the next day.
Wouldn't this be looked at as coaching a witness.

I've never understood why they did this. They're instantly recognizable. How could they be sure someone wasn't eavesdropping. Everyone seems to be scrambling for any details on this case.

Would it have killed them to hang out in Alyce LaViolette's hotel room or have dinner at the mit specialist's house or even JW's house?

You're right...I remember everyone scrambling around trying to say it was the same Bobby and I think that's where the original he's dead rumor came from. I never thought he was dead.

I was thinking the same thing. Shows she had no problem using knives to kill or slit tires. She must feel comfortable with knives as a means to carry out crimes.

I can totally relate to packing a gun for protection and would have no problem using it if I had no other choice and as a last resort (either me or the perpetrator lives). But I would never in my wildest dreams even think of packing a knife for protection. Knives just wig me out so I wouldn't even go there when thinking about self-defense weapons.

I remember someone was saying it was mailed. Probably part of JA's plan, to mail it on a certain date to get there but not early enough to allow Travis to deposit it or whatever and then time to get back to Yreka.

It is common place, routine and totally normal for the experts to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner with the defense team. When I worked for my dad, a defense attorney, I often ate with them all during court breaks. You discuss the case, and the testimony. That is not necessarily coaching the witness. But you absolutely are allowed to discuss strategy. I don't see a problem with it, and I am a verified Juanette. :wink:
