I agree with you all...
ICA is dying to tell it, she must have clarity on things stated for when she scribbles angrily, she is telling her defense, NO, that didn't go down like that. Or, No, that's not what he said...it was this way....I'm wondering if she will be adamant about testifying on her own behalf but Baez would strongly urge against it. She thinks she can beat these charges but I truly feel, she will be found guilty...No one will be able to get over the 31 days of not reporting Caylee missing...that is the dagger in her back. Her evading her parents, her never mentioning anything to anyone other than these people that don't exist.
I just hope and pray, His Honor sees that LE was trying desperately to get credible information on Caylee and her whereabouts. I hope he sees that it was the family who reached out to LE asking for help in finding Caylee and also with LE getting the ball rolling for them to meet with ICA and that nothing nefarious was behind it. The A family love to play the greiving grandparent when it suits them, they can't hide behind that greif and continue with their mistruths, halftruths about these fine detectives who did all they could, until ICA tied their hands with her being represented by an attorney. Then they were left with trying to keep that communication open with the grandparents still in an effort to find Caylee..but evidence led them to ICA and only ICA as the perpetrator of Caylee's demise...
I still feel Baez made a huge mistake by not strongly urging ICA tell the truth and get a deal made with the prosection. That would have been his best bet but he went on and on with, it does my client no good to show her hand when actually, it could have...even though Caylee was found with duct tape, she should have told the hows and whys before she faced the DP and in doing so, the DP would have been off the table...Now she faces her worst fear and is really playing russian roulette and His Honor has no problems handing down death sentences, he even is there at the execution...big mistake, IMO
Justice for Caylee
