Witness tampering alleged

This is what I call jury tampering:

Making an opening statement that is so shocking & bizarre and KNOWING it is probably a lie and KNOWING that you will not put your client on the stand and KNOWING this is outrageous and accusatory and ruining an innocent person's life (doesn't matter). WIN at all costs! Put the picture in the jury's mind where they cannot get it out and bingo!

The child abuse allegations and the 'graphic' description of them shocked the jury and planted a seed of mistrust in anything GA had to say. I don't care what they say, it did stick with them through out the trial and kept their focus on GA. The 'coverup' of a otherwise 'accidental drowning' just didn't make any sense.

I've been thinking...could it be Dominic Casey and that who fiasco? I really don't know why his depo hasn't been released. Something fishy going on there.

Not to conjure up more ire but I listened SEVERAL times, and it REALLY REALLY "sounds" like (to me) she says she's close to "hoPE" meaning Hope Springs???? The "P" sounds emphasized on the recording......:banghead: They were DEFINATELY speaking in code...no question about that......also listen to the 3 questions Lee states and then decides to ask just before FCA makes her remark re where poor Caylee is.........

I am not sure what you mean by Lee's questions, but he seems sincere; he asks her if he thinks Caylee is still okay. He is trying to get information out of her and he knows she is not going to be "bullied" so to speak so he is using this method. Cindy and George said as much on the stand. As repulsive as it seems to all of us, this was their mo.

I don't think they were all in on anything. Caylee was killed and they are tryng to believe that she is alive - I think they were in such profound denial that they chose this line of questioning. We saw Lee cry on the stand when he realized that he probably missed out on a lot of Caylee because of friction and he was heartbroken about that.

I can't read all this into their actions. I don't think there are any hidden clues - it is what it is.

Y'all are gonna think I'm crazy, and I'm as mad as the rest of you that KC should have been convicted in her daughter's death, but if this verdict is overturned and KC is hauled back in there for a new trial, I would consider that further travesty of justice. I'd much rather see federal charges come down, and I think if the feds really, really wanted to, they could find grounds to bring charges.

Where are the grounds for overturning this case. There are none.

I think one of the strangest testimonies of all time was Lee's (sorry if it's already been mentioned)...and I would love to know why there was an immunity deal early on.
Funny how Baez never asked Lee if he had molested Casey...perhaps there was a deal...we won't bring it up if you break down on the stand and cry. Just thinking...

My thoughts are that River Cruz is the person who has made the accusation against someone on the DT, or one of the A's. I find her not in the least bit credible, an attention seeker, and not beyond making up stories that will place her in the limelight. I'm sure she enjoyed being a witness in this case, not to mentioned the money she got for selling her story. Although, IMO GA acted squirrelly on the stand about their affair and his statement that Caylee died in an accident that snowballed out of control, I have a very hard time believing anything River Cruz says. I can see her coming forward with information that will gain her some more media attention and another good story to sell. I don't trust her at all.

To LE they were friends,to NE they were having an affair. To LE she said his statement was he believed ,at trial she claimed he said it was an accident.
She was paid $4,000 for the new and improved version,yet the jurors believed HER and felt GA was a liar/guilty.
And,other than writers and actors,who uses an alias ?

I think so ,too. Unless CM has been able to explain how he got the fake TES form I think he's part of the investigation. Unless I've missed something,and I usually do :innocent: I'm sure someone will correct me.

I tend to believe her. She didn't come forward with her story looking for something, LE sought her out.

ok...just heard juror 11 again! There is something very strange! What has to be done to investigate jury tampering? this guy (IMO) was "bought." I'm 99% sure of it!

The more I think about this jury and their verdict, the more I think that something irregular went on there. I hope that the SA investigates the jurors thoroughly. I am more suspicious of JF than I am of #11 however. She really pushed herself onto this jury with her perfect answers and eager attitude in the voire dire. #11 said in one of his interviews with GVS that she wanted to be foreman, but the other jurors decided they wanted him. Using God given common sense, there is no way that the jury could have arrived at the verdict that they did, without some persuasion. IMO the members of the DT are shady, as are all the A's. I hope that someone will be able to get to the bottom of this ungodly mess.

Oh Great! I am just watching some WITCH named Amy Singer who is a "Jury Consultant". She and her buds worked for the defense in finding the PULSE of public opinion through WEB communications (chat rooms, Tweets, blogs, etc). She found GEORGE was not liked or trusted. She then fed the defense that info, and let "the chips fall where they may".........and we know how that worked out. Seems during jury selection as well as the trial this info was constantly updated by Ms. Singer, and her ilk. Now this is the icing on the cake--JVM asked her if she saw anything unethical, about making George the bad guy, ruining his reputation, and not being able to prove any of it. She says---Oh, I just gave the info to the DT, what they did with it was up to them-----

The worst part of this is that it is supposedly done all the time. Jury consultants constantly update public opinion. However this may be the first time they found "the perfect storm" jury, capable of actually convicting a witness , instead of the defendant. Just gets UGLIER AND UGLIER, huh??

I think it was the lack of evidence by the state and the abiltiy of the DT to create reasonable doubt. What is suspicious about that?

Why does this make the Defense Team shady? It happens all the time. It is legal and jury consultants have been around for many, many years.
