I'm not really well versed on all the details of the case, was Joe staying with Tommy or Timmy? Thanks.

Timmy and Chelsea. That is why it dose not make sense to me why they would throw Joe under the bus with these accusations. Well, Chelsea saying things about Joe, when he stayed in her home and she has small children.
:waitasec: If they don't trust him, why would they allow Joe to stay in the home around Timmy and Chelsea's children?

Maybe when Misty ratted out the burglaries, she mentioned that part of his modus operandi, was propping back doors open with a brick. That could've made Tommy freak because that info would put his signature all over the propped trailer door.

Just ratting him out for doing certain ones would let the cops put 2 and 2 together about the bricking of doors.

Now I am wondering did Tommy breakin to the trailer and nobody was there.

Tommy says he went to the trailer but just knocked.

Misty knows Tommy probably broke in but she was not there. She was somewhere else but she says she saw Tommy in the trailer.

Chelsea was also adamant that Timmy was in bed with her that night.

Yes she was...lets not forget she was also up very late that night working on insurance paper work. So, she would of known where Timmy and Joe were at. It makes no sense that she turned on Joe. She was up late. Where did she say Joe and Timmy were? She had just lay down when she got the call that Haleigh was missing. She had to know where these two were. Again, something is not right with Chelsea and Timmy IMO.

I've come to realize that none of these people put their kids 1st, & none of them go 1 step out of their way to protect them. Maybe they really didn't trust Joe, but so what...they were having a good time, & he might have had some drugs to share.

I think that whoever took her would have needed a few hours and a car to hide the body so well. She has to be hidden out of the area, or she would have been found by now. So I don't know who that would rule out or in, if it were one of these players.

yes, & there was some mention that he would sometimes get out of bed, 'to watch tv'. Was this her way of saying that she knew that he had gotten up, THAT NIGHT? Lindsey isn't dumb, & she is most definantly suspicious. It's easy to see that she's connecting the dots-slowly, because she's scared of where those dots are leading, I think, but she's letting Tommy know, that she's getting there.

Absolutely, Doc...Lindsy is not 100% convinced Tommy wasn't involved in something that night. For some reason I'm wondering if she's 100% he didn't leave after they went to bed. (She threw in the comment about him going to the couch on some nights.....).

They both seem to be reinforcing their facts with each other a bit too much - yeah...I was in my boxer shorts...you told me what happened cause I was asleep...and so forth.

People who lead secret, double lifes, are very controlling. I think that's what Tommy has been doing with Lindsey, & she enabled him by closing her eyes to the truth. She worked & had kids, & had to sleep. That's when Tommy got down to business. Everything from sneaking into neighbor's homes, to God only knows what.

Tommy says, tell him Steven Brown has someone who will do it, it takes $750 to get it done and I’ll take it. I offered to take it for the police a FN million times . All they have to do is say “You failed, you failed”. Just like they did to Tim.

Tommy keeps saying I know that’s the truth, I had nothing to do with it.

Later in the conversation she just mentions she called them. (No mention of who the them are...or I missed it. I know in another audio she mention that Peggy C. and another LE had came over to the house.)
Lindsey mentions that she called them as soon as it happen, but did not go into details as to what happen. :waitasec:
That they are telling her not to let her in-laws come to the house and that Flagler Co. knows where she lives. She is getting sick of all this, it's killing her and she feels she is going to lose her whole family over this. She asked him if she took a stress test and that they told her he failed it miserably.
She tells him she can't handle it no more. She wants him to take the poly, contact LP and just tell the truth.

After listening to these recordings, I get the feeling that Lindsey is working with LE behind his back and telling them things she knows. She is starting to put the law down on his family with cash etc. and is cutting them off, her friends can babysit instead of his parents. Her house is so easy to clean now. Loves it. I also get the feeling she is taunting him with her new singlehood, her new clothes, losing weight, going out, making friends, loves her new house, wants to stay in her new location, has a "friend" to look at her van so his dad won't have to. I think she is going to give him the boot, knowing he will be doing some time in prison. She nags his physical appearance and behaviors alot too. I don't think she lurves him much anymore.
Oh, and the 2 page letter from the church..I think Tommy is hoping she will find religion with him to keep them together (i think he knows she is withdrawing). She refuses to read it. He desperately wants her to and gets upset.

Great assessment of Lindsy. She listens to herself and is winning her independence, something Lisa never achieved. The house is quiet and she is free to take naps with her children for a few hours in the afternoon to prevent burn out. She is maturing and when she threw out Timmy and Tommy's work boots she was literally giving them the boot. The boots could also contain values that don't work for her (you need a man to protect you and provide for you, the man is the breadwinner and head of the house, wives must submit to their husbands, etc.) It's like she's been born again. Out with the old, and in with the new. :woohoo:

I see it too. Also, she is helped along to make the decision by her grandparents. If you want shelter and support, the Croslins are out! Not allowed over. She says herself she could lose her whole family over this. (and I don't think she is referring to the Croslin family)
She is moving in the right direction, but it is still tenuous. Baby steps. Hoping she finally gets brave enough to take the leap and shut that door.
It's a good sign that she is finally embarrassed to be associated with that crew, including Tommy. It means she is realizing she is better than that.

yes, & maybe she mentioned that Tommy dons all black for his home robberies. That would've made him freak because of Jr.'s description of the 'black man'. If he had on a ski mask, Jr. wouldn't have recognized him. It's been my observation with this bunch, that they look @ their big picture & only fess up to a little portion-to minimize their actual activities. So, when Tommy admits to going to the trailer, that sends off a BIG red flag. If that's all that he had done, he would have fessed up only to calling, or driving by, & noticing the lights out. I think he went into that trailer. If LE corners him, he'll admit to going in, but say that nobody was home. & on & on & on....

JMO, if LE suspected Timmy or Joe were involved in HaLeigh's disappearance they should have confiscated their workboots long ago.

OK, I found what I was looking for on part 2 of Patty G's audio tapes. (thank you Patty) They are actually talking about Haleigh, and then about how Joe O is free to walk the streets, when Misty says, "She needs to be......you know, it's not right!" What was Misty going to say before she thought better of it? She needs to be found? Nothing wrong with saying that, under the circumstance. She needs to be given a proper burial, is what came to my mind. Because it's not right for her little body to be discarded.
It sure doesn't sound like Misty is ready to rat Ronald out any time soon. Then again, this was before she flunked the last poly, and she may have been playing the "Joe did it" thingy to the hilt!

JMO, if LE suspected Timmy or Joe were involved in HaLeigh's disappearance they should have confiscated their workboots long ago.

Maybe they asked for what they were wearing that night, but needing to hide the truth, they held on to the boots. Maybe Lindsey suspected this, & telling Tommy that she had thrown them out, was her way of letting him know that she had taken care of the problem.

Well that is very odd. :waitasec: Pawned to Timmy for a drug money probably. She got the tax return and paid Timmy back?

In the second audio they talk about the BE. Lindsey mentioned that 4 days after Tommy went to jail Lindsey found the second DS. Tommy claims he was there, but he didn't do it. She said he contributed, he agrees. She said Chelsea and Tim kept their mouth shut about it as well, she is pist that she didn't know about it. (Why and how would Chelsea and Timmy know about it before Lindsey? This I find very interesting...how can they know about it and they don't even live in the same state?)[/B]
Tommy tells her she can be mean and she says when he gives her a reason, like when he runs off anybody. He ask her to repeat what she said and Lindsey talks about Tommy running off With anybody..people..girls. She then says never mind.

Tommy talks about how he was so out of it the day he got arrested and Lindsey tells him he better never get hurt because all he will get is Tylenol and he can suffer. He said he's not. (Don't they all say that..then they go back). Lindsey says she has had teeth pulled, had babies and never had to take anything for pain. She asked him about smoking, he said he wishes he would of just done that instead of taking to the pills. That he had been smoking weed since he was 14yrs old? Lindsey tells him she believes that he will not go back to the pills since he has been in jail for so long.

Tommy tells Lindsey she better put money on the phone account, he said he will call LP(?) tonight (that night).



Lindsey tells Tommy that Ronald has another girlfriend. Tommy tells Lindsey that Ron said that if he had $35,000 he could get Haleigh back. That if Ron brought Larry to the Mexicans he could get Haleigh back. Lindsey said she also heard the conversation and that she will testify to what she heard.

Tommy said Misty might know about it to because Misty was right there with Ronald when he said it. Tommy called him a pus @ punk that probaly knows where his daughter is and he dosen't know why Ronald would talk that chit about him for.

Tommy said he doesn't want to do what they want him to do, I assume it has to do with blaming Joe.

Lindsey also said that she told LE a new thing...(I wonder what that new thing is?)

Tommy feels it's all drug related because why would Ronald say that stuff about the money and Larry if it were not true? Lindsey feels that the kids should of never been with Ronald, they should of been with their mother. Tommy says Ronald is a "no count dad"..piece of chit. He is shaking he is so mad that Ron would say what ever he said. (Sounds as if Ron is talking behind bars..maybe this is why we are not hearing anything from him. But it sounds like Misty and Ron are following a script of pointing the finger at Joe. Thing is, LE has questioned Joe and have said that Joe has been cleared.)
