2010-04-23 JVM: Tommy Croslin's Attorney Speaks

  • #41
The defense attorney is just another avenue of Croslin finger-pointing. "I didn't do it--but I know who did." We know that Tommy's own statements put him at the trailer at 10 pm (though we certainly shouldn't believe the reason he says he was there). And a lot depends on what the defense attorney means by the "it" that was "done," the "what happened." Nothing the attorney says--presuming his client is telling HIM the truth, ha!--precludes Tommy being an accessory or an accomplice or part of Joe's or Misty's clean-up.

Hope LE has those calls from TC and MC.....Hardy did say the tip DID NOT come from Tn. hmmmmm

JW says Tommy did not talk to to Flo and she is a defense attorney's dream. Tommy is denying that he discussed case with Flo.

Exactly!

She really is. Whirling Dervish. Tazmanian Devil. Smokin' hot Smoke Screen.

LOL. Tricked again; this time, by the mother of all grifters!

IMHO after listening with TO's attn. tommy is talking. thank god. He's talking!

  • #45
His attorney did not say he wasn't involved in disposing of the body.

MB: we know phone call to Hollers, have u heard phone call yet?
Atty: no

  • #47
Attorney has not heard tape of conversation between Flo and Tommy.

  • #48
Attorney says ToC wasn't guilty. To me that means only that he didn't kill her.

  • #49
I may have missed it but I didn't hear the attorney say Tommy is blaming Joe. Can only get the audio and my computer keeps buffering, so I may have missed it. He isn't pointing fingers at anyone???

Guest: atty did not say whether passed or fail
Atty: polys are not always p or f
it worked it led to dock

  • #51
Poly is not fail or flunk it's an investigative tool according to TC's attorney.

  • #52
Yeah, yeah, he can't say what Tommy lied about.

  • #53
Tommy knows and is admitting that he knows? Wow!

  • #54
No way is the attorney going to answer Mark's question! Love Mark by the way!

  • #55
ToC attorney is being evasive about what question ToC failed on polygraph.

  • #56
I agree with Jane. Let's see this timeline. I think 10 pm is either the mid-point or the ending point of that timeline, simply because it is Misty's starting point...

  • #57
"Was your client there at any time during the evening?" Atty. "Cannot confirm that"

  • #58
Attorney says ToC wasn't guilty. To me that means only that he didn't kill her.

The majority of defense attorneys say their client IS NOT guilty. Just sayin'!

  • #59
Tommy's attorney is not going to say a whole lot in my opinion.

  • #60
More evasive moves about "Was ToC there the night that Haleigh was murdered"?
