I don't know about Judge P but when I do it I can think more quickly and clearly. Gets the oxygen going.

Ohhhh JB getting snotty with JP "our experts will accept the JAC rates" - I wouldn't do that if I were you JB. It'll bite you in the butt big time!

I really wish the judge would request to see the "billing" for the hours that have already occurred. Where did $200K+ go? They don't seem to have done much at this point. :waitasec:

DNA expert not Kobolinsky, as previously state. Oh, Baez is treading water on this one.
Baez is tripping all over the place on this one.

Kobi was not a good "expert" for the defense, IMO. He stammered all over with comments on NG many months ago. He would have been good for the prosecution though.

Well IF BAEZ would have told the Court and the Prosecutors beforehand then perhaps they could have "googled" it...
How could the State check this out when Baez had not submitted an expert witness list...

I LOVE JP's sense of humor; he smacks Baez and I don't even think Baez "gets it".

I don't understand why Baez is so secretive about his experts names....he gave them many months ago when this all began.
