Well, the defense got crumbs this morning, imo.

IF YOUR CLIENT IS INNOCENT.....then their is no need for special preparation for DP charges....the work would be the same.....it is when your client is GUILTY that you need to force the SA to tip their hand so that you can DEVISE a DP defense stragety.....IMO

BTW the judge rubs his legs when he rules.....interesting habit....wonder if it means anything about his feelings about his rulings....i.e....annoyance.....
