that tweet was at least 10 mins old before I posted that post.
But remember I'm just hearing one side, the scanner.
They talked about the two parties arriving..
Then about the third party, no eta but HE was arriving by himself.
Then it sounded like he had arrived.
I'm still trying to confirm the HE so I can post =)

I don't think it would have been the Judge...he was more than likely already there. It's a job he does everyday, nothing special there.
