What are they asking to be signed?

Didn't catch it exactly but some sort of stipulation about the state providing evidence to the defense for testing. I think ??

Aedrys - they are discussing that fact that the prosecution wants KC to sign a stipulation for them, and Baez doesn't think its necessary. Judge just told him, its a death case, she needs to sign it. Baez is such a gem.

A reason why KC should be at these hearings, although it would be a babysitting hassle.

HHJP must list experts by 11/30/10, asking if he will be adding more and asking for another 1 week extension. JB says LKB will need to decide what they're using. JB says no extension needed now.

HHJP asking about LE depos - are they all done? JB asking for extension by 10/16/10 and wants to know why unable to take them yet.

JB 8 no-shows at LE depositions on 9/3. Mostly OPD did not show up, CM will address.

Why does Baez ALWAYS "need a moment to review"??? This is a freaking STATUS HEARING. He knows what he is going to be asked. Heck, I know what HHJP is gonna want to know - the STATUS OF THEIR DISCOVERY. duh

He is gonna PO Judge Perry with never being prepared.

Maybe Baez is the "fall guy" for consistent delays since his reputation is quite well known.

extensions and wants details - 8 still not done - Suggested December 1st - HHJP
says December 1st will not work must be done in October - suggesting a saturday

Baez and Cheney saying Orlando PD not cooperating because some LE didn't show up for depo's. Judge asked why. Cheney saying they got 27 done out of 35 in one day. Baez just wanted Cheney to say they didn't want to cooperate, that didn't happen. Some were ill, some were on vacation, only 1 just didn't show up. Prosecution giving names of LE that didn't show up. Judge wants a Saturday date.

Baez's bumbling is painful to watch. The state has the list of who the defense has not yet deposed from LE--judge asked for it, JB fumbled, LDB pops up and says "I have that list your Honor...."

Do we know what the stipulation is?

That the defense was granted extra time to depose people that should have been deposed already. Ashton wants to make sure ICA knows, as she is not present.
