this sucks!
they should be...
Supposedly, according to Dubb's motion - the cooperation began on or abouts the 25th of October. The SWs state EB took LE around to places on the 26th of October. So why was it that the remains on Dudley Shoals were not located until 10 November -I don't see that as a lot of cooperation myself. Just saying.
I remember the police making copies of those letters she sent to that Gien guy, or is ig gein..whatever...also they made copies of letters she sent to a few family members. My guess is, something in those letters gave the DA an out. The leak is by the DA to give the public a reason for the delay, but they are IMO pretty sure the deal will be voided.

Aha! That just gave me a lightbulb moment. Didn't the chief or somebody involved in the case say that none of it was new news to them and that there were lies in those letters?
Gotta find the quote....
BINGO!!!!!
Hickory Deputy Chief of Police Clyde Deal acknowledged that the letters likely were written by Elisa Baker. "I think probably these letters were down at the jail," he said after AOL News showed them to him. "I am not a handwriting analyst, but I mean I wouldn't suspect that it didn't [come from her].
"Obviously not everything she speaks in there is true," he added, noting that the contents of the letter "sound much like the same stuff that she's spouting to some other people."

Lies in those letters won't affect a deal made with LE/DA, imo. She can lie all she wants to some dude on a website...she just can't lie to LE.
Impatient...stop it! LOL!
however if there was truth in the letter to the website and a lie told to LE and that letter helped confirm the lie then she broke that cooperation.
He said his posts were being discussed on other sites and said if it continued he would leave. I think the mods are tired of deleting all the posts debating how horrible it is that someone would copy his post and discuss it elsewhere versus he posted on a public forum and we discuss peoples posts from myspace and facebook every day. I think everytime they delete the topic and clean up and it pops back up when some reads his post for the first time. My post already got deleted so I am staying away. And if this post get pulled mods don't time me out. I was just trying to answering the question.:angel::angel::angel::angel:
I was going to tell you to get out of my head, or I will just sit back and read for awhile!
Possibly, but then LE still has to be able to prove which is the truth and which is a lie.

Yes but go with me now (lol) the DA would not even attempt to try and void the deal unless he did have something solid. IMO

ok, I had to read through that a couple of times - I must admit it stretched my neurons a bit.
If so, it better be rock solid, or Dubbs is going to fight like hell to have every piece of evidence gathered via EB's cooperation thrown out. And if that happens, I don't know if there's a case here at all.
JMO...like I said, law is NOT my strong suit.
