On the one hand Baez is claiming that his clients rights are being denied yet he wants a subpoena for some "alleged' photographs that he cannot prove exist. Where does he think he is - Prewar Germany. Everytime he opens his mouth. I will stop here.

I can't even imagine what it is going to be like when it gets to trial. It is just going to be insanity, and Judge Perry is just incredible with his decisions. He is unflappable and it is poetry in motion watching him.

Well, we just don't want to miss tomorrow's hearing. I've missed too many hearings so far. Got everything I needed to get done earlier this week. I am ready for tomorrow.

I told a friend of mine today that I would be trying to tune in at 1:30, just because I doubt CM and JB pay much attention to what the judge says. I hope they show up early, find the place empty, start fussing with the mic open and then try to rip the wires out of the microphone. LOL
