for those who didn't watch today:

JB: very concerned at/with
-people saying bad things about him
-LA being in his office
-what he calls the "circumvention of counsel"
-and big conspiracy theories that include the Ants being agents of the State

What in Hades does he have to ask John Allen about for TWO HOURS tomorrow?!?!?!! So much for the status hearing being tomorrow, that ain't happenin'!

I think he said two hours to conclude the argument on this motion. That would be JA and any other witnesses he calls. I think he's putting Cindy back on the stand........he said something to that effect earlier today.

who is responsible for her clothing? they KNEW she would be in court again today and I dont see why she had to wear the same thing. they've done that to her before as I recall.

I think she should have to wear her jail clothing and shackles! She thinks she is so darn special...she is just another baby killer...She and Medina were talking about clothing at the end and Casey said something about the jacket she was wearing because it was so cold in the courtroom.
Medina went and talked to someone and came back and gave her the thubs up. So she will probably come with new clothes tomorrow:loser::loser:

Perry said they’ll work weekends if they have to, and they will. If they have to finish motions tomorrow (yeah, they’ll be lucky!) and the status hearing on Saturday, so be it. That will teach them to ***k with the Lone Ranger!

A few good things happened today. LA surprised me and was great! :)

BUT why all these HOURS wasted on JB for himself??? Ridiculous! JMO

Smells to me like he is using the trial for Justice for Caylee to fish for a bar complaint against The State.
He clearly was trying to paint two pictures:
1. They are all mean to me.
2. They have had misconduct and I will file a motion for the charges to be dropped. (think OJ)

JMHO - of course! (Oh, and there is more spinning in my head, but I will spare ya all! LOL)

BOOMSHELL TONIGHT: Lee and KC no longer best buds - no high fives!

Well in the two days he has been rambling on with this he has

A. pretty much admitted in open court that not only was his client Lying about everything she said, but everyone knew she was lying about all of this stuff, including the nanny. (You know the lies he regurgitated back out to the public and the court as true fact every day back then... Nevermind when YM "knew" she was lying JB, when exactly did you know?)

B. Got several witnesses to testify under oath, and pretty much openly admitted himself, that he was shuttling contraband letters back and forth between the inmate and her family. (gee isn't that a felony JB?)

C. Managed to get sworn testimony from pretty much everyone involved that they all, every single one of them, thought that JB was (to quote HHJP) "not up to snuff" from early on in the investigation. LE, Parents, witnesses, bystanders, etc.

D. Proved this further by getting witnesses such as LE and the Defendants family to testify how he would blow them off, refuse phone calls, not call them back etc.

I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings! Maybe he'll call DC to the stand so he can grill him about how "JB told him to move or dispose of the body, and the fact that he didn't indicates that he is an agent of the state".

OMG!

So this is what Baez may have been working on all this time instead of the case: the paperwork that addresses Baez's vanity, his professionalism, his clients' dissatisfaction, and LE's dissing him? lolol Tooooo late, KC! :floorlaugh:

And this just makes him look like an even bigger tool.

For someone who missed today's circus and is just joining the crowd, thank you for this. :)

I think he was trying to establish that the As were "turned"...brought onboard to act for them (LE). From what I can remember from reading the discovery, the As had A LOT of doubts about JB.

As Charlie Sheen would say......Winning!

It's gonna be a tight squeeze timewise!

But between now and 8.45am, I'll fashion a tin foil helmet for Mr Baez.

I keep wondering what she will say. George ingratiated himself into this LE investigation, but Cindy was hammers and claws. Does she honestly want us to believe that she would cooperate with LE? Maybe I'm forgetting something.

I agree.
LE has been gracious towards the A's and IMO especially George.
I will NOT forget how quickly SGTAllen responded to Conway's 911 call the night that George went missing and was in a Daytona motel..."supposedly" going to commit suicide.

LE worked very quickly, they located him almost immediately via pings from his cellphone and the Daytona Police Chief went to the motel to speak with George.

And that the Motion regarding Agents of the State have to do with Him..and what he calls circumventing counsel..
Yet I did not read that in the Motion...did he mention anything about that in the Motion? I think Not..

Can you imagine what he'd question Kathy Belich about?

What did you say about me?

Why did you say it?

Do you like my suits? How about my hair? How do I look on TV?

Do you think I'm effective counsel?

No wonder HJP struck her from the list. I would too!

Missed Lee...can someone give a brief summary of his testimony? Casey wanted no part of him when he got off the stand. (That's where I came in.) TIA

I kind of backed away from the Anthony case because I simply couldn't handle all of the inconsistencies and "mistruths" from Casey's clan. After watching these last two days of motion hearings, I have one consistent comment: Jose Baez is INCOMPETENCE personified. I haven't had a box of CrackerJack for a very long time and didn't realize that a law degree was among the prizes contained within. I sure would like to know about the tie that binds inmate Casey and bogus Baez...

Switch it up a bit -- maybe the sweater OVER the jacket?

:great:

Did the defense gain ANY ground today?
