I would think SA would have to go to his family for the bail money. Can't imagine he has 650 bucks lying around....not sure how his family feels about Billie.
All I know is if Clint decides to bail her out I will be heartbroken

Considering that the charges are not related to the deviant or Hailey's disappearance, I don't think it is too farfetched to believe that he would if he could. But he couldn't even raise his own $400 when he was locked up.

The search warrant was issued out of Howard County because his mother’s house in Big Spring was his last known address.

so I don't think we should assume that it was because of the computer and child found in that county. JMO

Just a reflection

BD has had all her 'stuff' out there, no need to comment on her BUT

There are 2 children that have been horribly impacted by this drama, their lives will never be the same.

We can surmise what happened to Hailey and hope that our worst fears aren't true. What is in the public domain already is bad enough. Hailey and her brother have gone through so much in their young lives; I hope that Hailey has the opportunity to go to prom and go on to college, to enjoy life, all we have right now is hope.

DD needs all of the support everyone can offer him, I hope that people are kind to him. Instead of one dime of reward/search money going to anything else, it should go to him for a college fund or tech school or what ever path he chooses. IMHO

I hope that the search fund is being used for the search efforts and the reward fund is being used for the reward fund. That is all it should be used on Until Hailey is Found.

I am all caught up on this thread now off the the facebbok thread. Ugh. It feels like work right now!

Wow. I can't believe she didn't let the court appoint her a lawyer! Unless she somehow found the money to put a good one on retainer, and we just don't know it yet. :innocent:

Imo, Billie won't retain a lawyer or accept a court appointed one because she seriously believes that people will think, "innocent people don't need lawyers, she must be innocent". Billie has greatly underestimated the intelligence of the public from the start, imo. Blatant lies and inconsistencies in media interviews and press conferences, explained away by more lies and inconsistencies. Because Billie may be lauded as the smartest in her family, she believes she's the smartest period. Very inaccurate self perception. JMO...

Shoot, even Casey Anthony was smart enough to get a lawyer when she needed one. Wow, bad move, Billie. I never say this, but she honestly should get a lawyer at this point.
