Someone needs to start talking. She also seems to be the one who has been blab, blab, blabbing all along. Maybe LE believe they can get more out of her. Plea bargaining maybe?? Funny how when her mom and CD were arrested, the reason came out right away. :waitasec:

I'm really emotional right now. I prayed to my Grandma just yesterday just yesterday to please let something happen with this case/for them to find Hailey. I swear every time I talk to her up there in Heaven she listens to me. I always feel close to her everytime! JUSTICE FOR HAILEY!!

I have been sitting here thinking the same thing. I find it completely odd that he is not behind bars too. Maybe they got some info once they got Billie into the jail and that is why they are now at SA's? Someone said back a few pages that maybe they took Billie into get her to talk.
