She said the witness will say it is post mort banding. But the FBI will not testify it is from a dead body. If I heard that correctly. I could be wrong.

That is not what I feel I witnessed this morning.

InSession is asking Jennifer Barringer questions. She is consulting with the defense team. Who is she? She says it has been "unfair" for Casey. Her voice is very, very warblely.

Talking about how Jose has been vilified! As you sat and watched this how did you feel?
I feel sorry for Jose. The prosecution has everything and the defense has nothing.

And OMG the cheese and pizza stuff. REALLY DEFENSE? I swear they are thinking they are going to get a lobotomized jury. Seriously. Must remove brain before entering courtroom. Lord.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry at the ineptness of the defense at this point. And here I was thinking they couldn't possibly drag out these hearings like last time - I WAS SO WRONG!

Who is that? And why would she want to join the defense this late in the game? No, nevermind, I already know the answer to that.... but what could she realistically add at this point? It surely wouldn't delay the trial...

Have there beens studies showing that enzymes can darken hair? Was that in the thesis? I'm confused where they got that from. If this is supposed to be about the scientific process then how would a Master's thesis fly?
