Why is AF ( Mitigation ) counseling Baez on Science??

I don't think she is - I think she's counseling him on inappropriate courtroom behavior and how not to get thrown out.

I just have to say the Baez actually asks some pretty intelligent questions, even if he's not supposed to for this hearing, for someone who is SO out of his league. I think he may have studied up for this line of questioning.

And he knows just enough to get himself into trouble. Sometimes knowledge is a dangerous thing. Ha!

thought AF made it very clear that she was only there for the penalty portion....it is very clear that she is needed in a much bigger capacity.

JB realized that he admitted in open court that he knew at the time of signing a stipulation order that he had no intention of adhering to it.....and then proceed to not adhere to it, thus todays outburst. Isn't this contempt? can you disbarred for that?

I to question it, but it seems that Baez is untouchable. He can get away with what ever he wants. Heck, how many times has he been reported to the bar for them to come back and say oh nothing was proven. Even DC said that Baez told him to call him if he found the remains before contacting LE. And nothing. So, No IMO Baez will continue his shenanigans. But Karma is a BTCH, when he loses this case he will be the laughing stock of the Hispanic community. I am Hispanic and ashamed that someone like him was give a licenses to practice law. JMO... :cow: :truce:

trace amounts from garbage bags of another - Vass argues may not be valid to just cross it out - sample of carpet was higher than trash bag (because JB was trying to just cross it off)

Obj - JA (not Frye) HHJP 2 issues Chloroform and Frye and another Motion to exclude decompotion odor (overruled)
