I vote for trial they get her a sticker book to play with

I really wish they had a split screen, with one focused on Casey all the time. Whenever they mention Caylee's remains, I want to see what Casey is doing.

Sad to say ICA never even remotely changes any expression when her child's remains are mentioned. Horrible.

Poor Casey -- she had to leave the party and go back to the little waiting room.

JB did get the drawings admitted into evidence however..

What is Judge Perry's day job?? Is not a judge all the time???

*loved the "it was real life, it was not training so I didn't put it in a training log. This is a TRAINING LOG". That Forgey spelled out for Baez. Geeze louise.

Did anyone see CA at all?

Poor Casey isn't even wearing shackles.....most inmates do when in court. She is getting special treatment and again it's so not fair:banghead:

I am stunned that JB just disregarded the judge's ruling and attempted to skirt around him and ask it anyway.
Wow....just wow....he isn't even going to listen and obey the judge's rulings!!!!

Perry's day job is he is the chief judge of the circuit court, so he has a great deal of administrative functions to perform in addition to his trial work as a judge.

He probably has official things to do that go along with the position he holds, it seems like he is on committees and so forth.

This may be a silly question..but can a Judge declare a lawyer as a hostile and only get one or two word answers?..I say that because JB constantly whines to the judge..and constantly goes on and on why his ruling is wrong!!

:twocents: She's REALLY got it down pat.....scurry off to the holding cell.....walk to the door (beat the deputy to the door, open it as if you're the "hostess") THEN she turns and raises her arms for the search & leg chains! :floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

So how would this be handled on appeal? If I'm not mistaken, an appeal here would go to the circuit court, or am I off base?

Not worried. Besides those events occurred nearly 3 years ago. Where exactly the handler stood while the dog did it's job doesn't really affect where the dog alerts.

INsession is still covering. Showing "highlights"

Jose talking about the "false positives". Jose kept on badgering on the idea that Forgey had not logged the false positives but to me Forgey kept on saying, "that's not where I put them" and "you didn't ask me about that you asked about 2008"

so, Jose and his tricks. I have to agree with faefrost in saying Jose plays to a jury(and even then his tricks might work only a little)and not the judge. I am sorry to say this but one would have to think the Judge a fool...and this judge has proved to me he is no fool. I don't have the experience to express what I wish to exactly here...but how Jose argues the very foundation of what it is he is arguing(upon inspection by the judge)cannot be acceptable.

Meaning, the judge would almost have to allow it in to see how it fits into the trial. Gee, makes no sense. Someone else will say it better...

This is what JB has proven to me today....................

The search dog cannot talk!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank the Lord he proved this today...........wow I can sleep at night now.

Of course he can find human remains, decomp, etc., yada yada yada.....but he can't speak to the handler and tell him. Yepper, this is vital stuff.............NOT

Did anyone see CA at all?

i caught a glimpse of someone who looked like it could be CA (not sure because I didn't get a good look at the face). Wearing bright green jacket and white w/black patterned skirt walking out with another female, just as kc stood up to leave and then sat back down and waited for the guard to call her over to the door.

Anyone else catch that?

Baez has never followed the rules, hence the time it took him to get admitted, hence the recent sanctions after only a few years as a lawyer. I fully expect him to attempt to "thwart" the rules anyway he can, he's a sleazy guy - what can you expect from someone who didn't pay his child support? It suggests to me someone that plays fast and loose with law and with his ethics if he has any.
