I love how HHJP ALWAYS says "brief" rebuttal to JB and JB does not get what "brief" means. Why does he think he has to tell the Judge who has the burden?????? He is not a very good attorney! IMHO

JB: these methods are not scientifically accepted. we did not call those witnesses because it is not our burden. it is not our burden during the whole case to prove anything.

JB: we argue the dogs reliability. the inaccuracy of the logs. what the state wants to do here is very unique. only the second time introduced in fl. what is the probative value of the alerts. and the line up of the cars is suspect.

Gerus and Bones alerted in the back yard. a weak alert. the next day the dogs did not alert. this is after the digging in the back yard and nothing was found. one was deployed to the dog, handler said they knew it was the suspects car. that same dog failed to alert where remains had once been. we are talking about unverified alerts.
