JB bringing up the Thompson case from 1932. :waitasec:

JB: there are other things that can cause a alert. they have no evidence to substanciate. simms vs. state this was an unverified alert on drugs. on this case it was the murder of a police officer...
HH: what is the cite on simms vs. state.

JB is implying that the SA's are attempting to put the dogs on the stand to testify? Did I hear that right?

JB cites Sims and does not have his citation handy?? If you don't know it by heart...best to have it right there at the podium.

JB: the state tried to show motive by an unverified alert. now what I've done is, unfortunately what the issue was before the court in this case it was ineffective assistance of council because the issue was not address. what I have done is I have a couple of questions by the supreme court.
LDB: :takeabow: I object. these are not documents that were disclosed...his argument that relates to his verbal argument...

LDB: I object as he is out of context and none of what he is saying was referenced in his motion, it's misleading.

I love Linda. So clear and concise. I hope she gets to speak today.

LDB is objecting. JA is just shaking his head. LDB is hard to hear, but she had a few objections. Judge Perry is reviewing something. Looks like a Supreme Court case. Sims vs. State - Video on the monitor.

I'm beginning to think that HHJP is giving them a weight instead of an anchor. :floorlaugh:

Oh yeah...HHJP has definitely made his decision already. Love the way he sorta smiles as he purses his cute little lips and says, "I'll hear it."
