I wonder if CA is realizing, for the first time, that maybe she and GA shouldn't have been in the media so much? Maybe that is why she was shaking? I thinking she had a purpose for them doing that, and now it's backfiring in her face. I don't think she meant for ICA to not be able to have a fair trial, she just wanted to put reasonable doubt out there from day one. Maybe she finally realizes she and GA went way too far in being in the media so much? At least I hope that's the case.

She needs to watch some of the coverage of her mother and then maybe understand why so much negative publicity has been generated. I can't think of any other capital case where the family/DT has gone on this media blitz and made themselves and the case look so ridiculous.

As of late it isn't her family as much as her team.....the all need to shut up and let the case go to trial....

They were almost convulsions. It was so severe that the lady next to her looked at her like, "Are you okay?" She was shaking big time.

Does anyone recall what was being said in the courtroom when this happened? TIA.

I think CA and ICA are finally realizing that they cannot delay or stop a trial and that the evidence is stacked against ICA. I think the DT has fed them info that raised false hopes and they thought there would be a mistrial w/o realizing that would simply mean a new trial. I think the DT kept them thinking she could get off on a techicality. Now it is obvious with jury selection next week that there will be a trial and evidence is coming in that the DT probably told them would never be admitted.
Remember the hallway at Universal.

ITA...between CA and Baez...they have made this the media frenzy it became...when CA became hostile and contrary, she did this to herself and her DD....and still they don't stand up for Caylee....:maddening:

I also believe CA is worried her motion will be denied...she can't be in the courtoom until after she's testified...

These people are now finally getting it???

I think she was crying because she feels everyone is against her and, in her mind, the Judge was being "nice" to her.

ICA has been very worried the case might end up being all about Caylee so this reminder that it's about ICA and her rights touched her deeply....it's all about meeeeee!!!

Her mother is making a non-verbal comment today. She has been told to shut up by her Attys no doubt, so now she is shaking. They need to remove her entirely if she cannot sit quietly and observe. It is all for dramatic effect.

I think that HHJP's emphasis on publicity EVERYWHERE is going to be a catalyst for SOMETHING.

Was the CA shaking before or after JB read and apparently rejected the legal pad note passed to him?

I think, and this is obviously just my opinion, but the DT did ask for a plea out and the SA said no. That's why the possible continuance mentioned by JP. I think their goose is cooked and everyone is just realizing. it. I don't think they anticipated the SA would say no.

Judge Perry was pizzed
Baez was scared because he knows that a vast majority of the publicity can be laid squarely at his feet
ICA - very upset due to possible delays of trial, which would of course delay her date with a salmon pattie and an RV.
Cindy - visibly shaking with rage? at talk of all the publicity, I thought maybe it was her meds but then as the topic moved on the shaking stopped - very strange.

The little conference with defense team, prosecutors, defendant and Judge? - who knows, I still don't think ICA will ever plea, not over her dead body.

Hmmmm I wonder if Jeremy Lyons was tailing HHBP - great user of taxpayer money that he is?

Perhaps the DT did tip off the media.

JB ought to be scared.

From what I can remember ICA was breaking down due to volume of publicity, rights of defendant then delay of trial talk from Judge Perry. I really will need to watch this again, the camera man was not on ICA at the start so a bit difficult to pin it down.

Judge denies media motion in Casey Anthony case

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - A hearing was held Monday morning in the Casey Anthony case. Judge Belvin Perry heard arguments in a motion filed by FOX 35 and other media outlets regarding a confidentiality agreement regarding jury selection in the murder case. Judge Perry denied the motion.

Anthony, 25, is charged with first-degree murder in the 2008 death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie. She has pleaded not guilty, claiming a babysitter kidnapped her toddler. Caylee was last seen in June of 2008, but she was not reported missing until a month later. Her remains were found in woods near the family's home in December 2008
