Atty believes it is unconstitutional . . .
HHBP interrupts . .. in Orange Co. we have hundreds of cases going on . . .(other places too) is it obligation of the court to notify the media? Point me to one rule one case that says a court is required to publish docket?
Atty saying yes I can go to any docket and see what case . . . point is when you withhold that information . . . public access . . . the actions of trying to not disclose where something is . . . it is not public if you can find us . . .I should be able to look at the docket days before the trial is set. . . . public proceeding and then closing it by not being able to find out where . . . it is unique . . . .no judge has ever taken position of this before
