Asking about LP w/ cowboy hat. LOL Why do we keep asking about his exposure? We have proven he is exposed. But he says he can put it all aside.

  • #1,222
JB - Did you see any "cowboys"? People who wear cowboy hats?

KC shakes head a few times and sips water.

Juror - Yes. Thinks he may have been hired to find the child.

JB - Were you exposed to any of his opinions?

Juror - I'm sure I was, but I can't remember what they were. (chuckling)

JB - What was your opinion when you heard about the odor in the car? (Post SA objection - think it was rephrased)

Juror - I don't have an opinion but I think it meant she was in the back of the car.

  • #1,223
OMG, just get rid of him already. Why waste the court's time (and other jurors)???!!!! And please, Baez, stop trying the case here!

Barf

I've been wondering this and I think it's because .... the DT knows they will never find 20 jurors who will find her not guilty - so ....this guy and others like him may make it if JB & co think they wont vote for the death penalty.

  • #1,224
What is this guy's occupation?

  • #1,225
If Juror calls ICA Tot Mom.....he will be escorted out the door.

:great: hilarious ... "tot mom" ... I laugh everytime NG says it ...

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

JB: how soon after Caylee Marie was reported missing was it the first day?

I can't really be sure. Probably later in 2008. I may not be on top of it but we did our best.

JB: did you observe anything about CA getting out of jail?

I don't remember, at the time meaning back in 2008.

JB: yes

...?

JB: did you see news coverage of cowboys in this case? I see you are grinning.

yes

JB: do you know who that cowboy is?

was he hired to find the child? or was he...I know who he is because he's been on NG show. I remember the black hat...

JB: were you exposed to his opinions

but I don't remember what they are. (laugh)

LDB: objection

JB: what was your opinion about the odor in the car.

wasn't quite sure. led to believe she might have been in the back of the car.

JB: no wrong answers. tell us what you think.

I cant put two and two together I was not there.

JB: it led you to think Caylee was in the trunk of the car.

LDB: objection (cannot hear)

PJ thought Caylee may have spent some time in the car :(

  • #1,228
Ok so I don't like JB but that was cute of him to ask if he could call him Mr Juror #🤬🤬🤬. And no I wasn't being sarcastic.

Maybe not so cute.... he also asked the other two.... :)

I think this guy is so gone....

  • #1,229
This would go a lot faster if the first question was: "Have you already formed an opinion as to the defendant's guilt or innocence?"

  • #1,230
OH boy, just said Caylee might of been in the back of the car. The SA does not even have to present evidence to this guy. Please just excuse him already.

After hearing some of the questions which have been posed to multiple PJs, I am beginning to think that the defense knows full well they cannot get a not guilty verdict, and are shooting straight for LWOP. I doubt that poor ICA is aware of this since she turned down the plea deal.

The other thing that struck me is the questions regarding abuse, and brain development. Now we have not heard a single thing about the grandparents in any of this, only the accusation regarding LA and GA..........but in CAs Pros deposition she did say that ICA was kept by her father as a baby every day. Wonder if she was dropped? Just thinkin - will also post in the theory thread.

BBM: So CA didn't raise her own daughter either huh? I was dropped on my head before I reached age 1 (the 'ol, she fell outta the highchair excuse) and besides the large knot I still have...........I've never once considered using it as an excuse to my behavior........oh the opportunities I've missed.......

Oh boy I wish I were up there! If he asked me what I thought about the old pizza switcheroo I'd say well, that's what solidified by obsession with the case because it was so utterly preposterous.

  • #1,233
ICA is doing well - has perfected her little lost girl "Everyone thinks I am guilty - oh woe is me" look.....

Everybody hates me, nobody like me, I'm gonna eat some worms.

  • #1,234
Baez..time to move on buddy. You've now been objected 4 times in a row.

  • #1,235
LOL this guy is insane... Nancy Grace is liberal? Maybe he doesn't know her after all.

Maybe just trying to get out of jury duty.

  • #1,236
Who cares..........

move along!

btw, you sound like an idiot calling this potential juror, Mister 1129

MOO

  • #1,237
JB leading Mr. 1129 to say what he thinks! JB is looking for an answer he can use to dismiss this POT!

  • #1,238
JB: what did you think when you heard Cindy say it was pizza.

LDB: is objecting to this question

JB: how about the news about the duct tape?

LDB: objection

JB: side bar to outline the law. thank you sir.

  • #1,239
LDB - Objection to JB asking about Cindy and the pizza. :offtopic:

The topic is if he can leave his opinion aside, and be fair.

Sustained!
