Happened in the Cooper Murder Trial in Raleigh NC in the last month. A witness from the trial posted that evening. Then a witness was asked if he posted on WS and then the witness read his postings into the court record at trial.

Oh yeah, I remember that! It was pretty strange!

Some do some don't. I have had to put store bought tabs in two of my own Bibles. Hope that helps.

I literally started getting a migraine earlier....it is still coming on....I tried to blame it on barometric pressure as I get migraines during certain weather events....but after visiting the weather channel....

The weather here is clear and so it must be attributed to the absolute nonsense and mental exhaustion of trying to listen to JB string together a coherent thought process.

JB tries to get the judge to out the juror so that he doesn't have to use up one of his challenges..........the longer he goes into improper questioning the more likely the PJ will be tainted and dismissed..............BUT

we saw it did not work so well with AF earlier...........but I believe this is what he is trying to do.......that or bore ICA to DEATH so this can be over with.

I should not criticize the PJs but I dont believe they're being so very honest to say they have NO opinion on the DP. I never in all my years of life have never met a person who did not have an opinion on the DP.

It looks like what we call here in California a "5 & 1" which is all the codes condensed into one book. It is truly the legal bible......only a new one comes out each year!!!! With updates mid-year to the new laws........FYI

I KNOW I LOVE it since they have changed the format! Remember when they used to be separate??? It was a PAIN! I'm anal and I tab each section and my go to rules. And regarding the updates my only complaint is that they are supposed to come out in July but they RARELY get them to us in July we normally don't get them until September or so. And then they are moot due to the new changes made in December.
