First Post for me!

IMO, all the questioning by the defense, regarding the death penalty vs. life without parole, will end up "planting a seed" in the mind of the jurors that she is guilty. IMO, this defense is NOT assisting their case!

The majority of questioning by the defense.......is assuming guilt!

So the defense states Caylee was killed-no accident? I hadn't heard that before!

Lack of maturity - you know, like a 25 year old acting like a two year old, for example:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

She just said a child has been "killed"

AF's speaking hypothetically now.
But to listening to AF it's easy to imagine the case will go to the penalty phase.

How can the D/T claim ("mental problems etc) when JB has gone to the media and stated how "smart" ICA was?:waitasec:

I'm waiting for opening arguments!:great:

AF: brain development? lack of maturity?

not being of age? or mentally her...or the person's...

AF: perhaps just being not as mature, not as mature as one's age.

I will say this, if they are going to say Casey has diminished developmental capabilities they had better get a diagnosis! IMHO

AF: asking pot juror if he has had a bad experience with a psychologist?

No, never been. (he is laughing and laughing) please get rid of this man. He thinks this is GREAT! IMHO.

These mitigating factors are way out there. Next will be a hangnail...

That is what AF just said, 'KILLED".

Welcome, carey!

As far as Ann's giveaway.....JA asked for their list long long ago because he was forced to turn over the aggravating factors. Judge Perry ruled against him and so today...he got what he deserved....the mitigating factors.

See folks....from day one the Anthony's have been part of a plan.....why else do you think they did their best to prove all the mitigating factors on their own (except for the sexual abuse). Their dog and pony show was part of the penalty phase.

And don't forget they had legal advice. So I agree that this has been their plan all along. If it means they have to suck it up and be accused of being crazy and abusive and dysfunctional to save Casey's azz at their own expense they will do it.

I'm honestly beginning to question whether or not I can actually watch this whole trial.

Just MOO, but after watching the motion hearings where witnesses were brought in, cross-examined, etc., I actually think this is going to be the easy part.

IMO, the DT is going to do just as they did back then, spend hours trying to trick the witness into saying what they want them to say, and if it takes asking the same question 20 times, so be it. That's why I think this trial is going to last more like 12 to 16 weeks.

I feel sorry for the PJs, but I also feel really, really sorry for the state and the judge. They don't get to step away, and they have to actually pay attention to nip this in the bud whenever possible. Also, I consider the state professionals, and IMO it must be torture for them to have to endure the outright amatuer nonsense they have been subjected to for the last few days.

But she said, in this case, a child has been killed.

AF is there any experience you have had that would cause you to doubt testimony of psychologist
1129 - no

No Caylee will be there in spirit!

Aw, I hope she wouldn't be. Poor thing saw so much bad stuff in her short life. Personally I would hope her little spirit wouldn't waste the time. Kind of like how her mother didn't waste any time getting to Blockbuster.

Brain development? Seriously?

Are they going to try and say that ICA's brain is not fully developed?

How are they going to explain the way that she is able to weave, create, relate, tell, and add to all of the lies, stories, and mistruths for weeks, and even months and years on end?

A person whose brain is not fully developed would never be able to keep up with all of the elaborately concocted falsehoods that ICA has been known to create.

No way.

When I go out and kill someone this evening ....and you follow my trial on TV.....watch for a mitigating factor to be that I had endured emotional pain and suffering inflicted by Ann Finnell and her voice, that my brain suffered trauma from processing JB's line of questioning...and while we're at it let's throw in that guy Johnathan green since he created an issue yesterday that put this behind schedule..

I had a wonderful childhood but this case has created trauma and stress.

Oh yeah..I almost forgot.....JB has tried to use me as a pawn in his dog and pony show. As a forum poster I am damaged by the insinuation that I am a blogger.

Before anyone has a panic attack and calls LE.....that question was in jest.
