A lot of jurors have done that sort of thing in the past. Sad but true. I've heard things such as "I just didn't like attorney's theatrics so I voted against that attorney's client." "I couldn't stand his condescending attitude." "Too much display, too much putting us down." And the list goes on. I wish that were not true, and it never ceases to shock me.
Judge mentions things have been suppressed in this case that haven't been revealed yet.
What do you guys think- is this juror through to the next round, or no?
