ITA...with the exception of "relentless"..."desired" suits me better. JMOI'm sure there is case law, but they only need to go right to the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure.

Note that it is only at the trial judges discretion. However, it's a gamble to not give them extras because it could lead the door open for an easy appeal based on all of those PJ's sitting in the pool, and HHJP's relentless quest to speed this along.
