Note that it is only at the trial judges discretion. However, it's a gamble to not give them extras because it could lead the door open for an easy appeal based on all of those PJ's sitting in the pool, and HHJP's relentless quest to speed this along.

ITA...with the exception of "relentless"..."desired" suits me better. JMO

After the DT uses all their Back strikes and questioning is still going on for PJ, the DT will talk, talk, talk and drag it on in hopes to get anything on record that they can use on appellate issues.

You're right, Brattie. That was the DT's "last request" that I was referring to that HHJP will deny. There is no way he is going to grant that and leave more time for the 12 he already has w/o sequestering them allowing them time to get infected by more exposure.

Yes, but he will need caselaw to back it up if it is any sort of "issue."

I can only hope that JB does not write the appeal, guess CM will have to carry that one too.
