Honestly, after much thought and consideration, if I were on this jury...I'd probably vote for LWOP for Casey.

AF and HHJP both use those repeated "weighing" motions to explain the juror's responsibility to consider evidence and factors. Funny how each seems to exude a different vibe when they do this. IMO, HHJP is the winner in the "Appealing" category.

AF's delivery (IMO) sometimes comes across like a teacher explaining a new concept to a dull or unengaged student. I know that she has to cover this, but perhaps to a PJ who is already familiar with some of this stuff, it might feel a bit like being "talked down" to, as if the PJ's level of intelligence is not evident to her. JMO

Aside - I absolutely HATE any acknowledgement of NG in this. I think it's disgusting that she's present, and more than almost anyone else, she is profiteering off the death of Caylee. It's even MORE sickening than CA & GA, as she has absolutely no justification to associate her name with Caylee's. Honestly, I'd love to see her not mentioned anymore. It just turns my stomach. MOO, as always.

He is 57, never been married, no children. 2 siblings. He is from Knoxville, TN. Been in FL for about 16 yrs. Parents live in FL also. His dad was an educator, then mostly housewife. His sister is a CPN at a nursing home. His brother works for the government.

It amazes me how much quicker the questioning of this juror is going than the ones before.
