Also shows that if he had anything to do with her death and duct tape he would have gotten rid of them prior to Dec 11th, 2008

I think I'd want an escape at the end of the day too. Can't blame them for wanting something to distract them. One can only read and play board games so much in a week.

It's only been 3.5 days? What's gonna happen in 3-4 weeks? Asking the judge for pretzels - puhleeze. He's having a hard enough time keeping this trial going. Yes, I've been on juries. We would never think of asking for such a thing. You can ask the bailiff who's watching you, but you don't need to pass notes to the judge.
