No one including LE knew duct tape would be an issue in this case at the time. I suspect JB is going to try to prove George was the only one with duct tape in the household. You know, follow the duct tape. Argh!

I wish someone would take a stool to a corner and HHJP would make JB go there!!

I think the jury will eventually (if not already) will become highly annoyed with JB. He is a pain in the neck. Geesh! The jury will shut down on him soon and remain so for the duration of the trial. JB is sending that chick straight to the electric chair!

How long can this utter nonsense continue? What a frickin' joke! Baez is making a fool of himself!

Dear HHJP.... May I suggest contempt? That's all :)

WOW to the jurors! When I was on the jury for four months, it was made CRYSTAL clear that we were NOT to ask for things unless ABSOLUTELY necessary! We never bothered the judge till deliberations, when we needed some things clarified! We never asked for snacks, bringing them in from home. Once a day, mid-morning, bottled water and snacks were brought to us... no special requests!

As far as talking, we WERE allowed to talk, chit chat, personal things, while int he jury room. We were, of course, prohibited from speaking of the trial. We discussed our families, jobs, other current events, etc. After, during deliberations, we seemed to explode with feelings and comments on the attorneys, witnesses, etc. All those thoughts that had been blocked for 4 months, spilled out like a river!

Jurors who I had previously thought were less than bright surprised me, and brought valuable ideas to the deliberation table. I was totally impressed with my fellow jurors. Most saw right through the attorney's tricks and schemes.

After the trial, the attorneys met with some of us and asked for a "review" of the trial. Some of us, myself included, made no bones of telling them we disliked their childish behavior. One attorney made slurs of a female lawyer's name, turning it into a nasty name, and calling her that in court, with no hand-smacking by the judge!:maddening:

Sorry for rambling.....

After that experience, do you think it would be beneficial to ALLOW jurors to discuss the case DURING the case?

Wow..Baez just doesn't know when to STOP even after being told by the Judge to NOT GO THERE and Move to another Question..

JBP I hope you hold Jose Angel Baez in Contempt of Court...if you can, of course.

I'm reminded of Jack Nickelson in A Few Good Men. GA should come out and say:

This girl is on trial for her life, please tell me her lawyer hasn't pinned her hopes on a gas can.

"you can't handle the truth" cannot be far behind.

Re: who will play JB in the lifetime original movie: Cheech Marin of course!!!

I think we should keep a running scorecard on sidebars....wonder what the all time high number is and in what trial???????????????????

Dude if I was JB I'd be taking a Valium!

Perhaps it wasn't the shovel whe researched on the internet and did not want to use one of HER shovels. As a juror that is what I would be thinking.

I think the jury upon hearing that a shovel was "googled" are going to be like "WTF"? Especially since it was before anything happened.

Did we ever figure out how many times GA mows the lawn? It has been so disorganized and confusing to me. I wonder if that huge calendar is going to come into play again.
