Question - why are the jurors talking to each other. I've never heard of questions asked during a trial. How are they all getting together and having these discussions? On the bus?

They sure sound like diva's Pretzels in the breakroom please. We want to watch the ligning game please? Uh oh - keeping diaries? Notes yes, diaries? Notes are to be left on the chair at the end of each day. Now they want to keep diaries in their room. Good Lord, do they want to set this up for a mistrial?

They're allowed to speak to one another. They're not allowed to discuss details about the case. As for diaries, my mother has kept a diary all of her life. It would pang her not to be able to write it in everyday if she were on this jury. She would also adhere to the rules of not writing about the case.
