WOW to the jurors! When I was on the jury for four months, it was made CRYSTAL clear that we were NOT to ask for things unless ABSOLUTELY necessary! We never bothered the judge till deliberations, when we needed some things clarified! We never asked for snacks, bringing them in from home. Once a day, mid-morning, bottled water and snacks were brought to us... no special requests!

As far as talking, we WERE allowed to talk, chit chat, personal things, while int he jury room. We were, of course, prohibited from speaking of the trial. We discussed our families, jobs, other current events, etc. After, during deliberations, we seemed to explode with feelings and comments on the attorneys, witnesses, etc. All those thoughts that had been blocked for 4 months, spilled out like a river!

Jurors who I had previously thought were less than bright surprised me, and brought valuable ideas to the deliberation table. I was totally impressed with my fellow jurors. Most saw right through the attorney's tricks and schemes.

After the trial, the attorneys met with some of us and asked for a "review" of the trial. Some of us, myself included, made no bones of telling them we disliked their childish behavior. One attorney made slurs of a female lawyer's name, turning it into a nasty name, and calling her that in court, with no hand-smacking by the judge!:maddening:

Sorry for rambling.....

JB is killing his client. He just proved that Casey could have used the shovels in the shed and had to ask her neighbor for the shovel to make sure George wouldn't notice the shovels use.

Are they going to say KC had to borrow a shovel because GA had taken the shovels and KC was looking for where GA buried KC??

Are they going to claim the world is flat??

Possible thought from juror: If ICA broke into shed for gas, why not break in shed for shovel?

The jury is seriously worried about a hockey game??????????

I think I'd want an escape at the end of the day too. Can't blame them for wanting something to distract them. One can only read and play board games so much in a week.

That makes two of us.....I dont know who to believe anymore. Is George in on this with JB or is he trying to rectify himself now and not let Casey throw him under the bus???????????????

To tell you the truth, I am confused as heck myself. Time will tell.

I love how SOTS' boyfriend just stays standing! :giggle:

Jose is so incompetent! He just made the jury say... wait a minute... they had three of four shovels and Casey went and borrowed one from the neighbor?? Casey broke into the shed to get gas cans, why didn't she break into the shed to get a shovel??

Well, I think I've figured out JB's strategy...

He's doing his best to BORE THE JURY TO DEATH, in hopes of being granted a mistrial.

How can JB expect GA to remember when he cannot get his dates straight

I'm reminded of Jack Nickelson in A Few Good Men. GA should come out and say:

This girl is on trial for her life, please tell me her lawyer hasn't pinned her hopes on a gas can.

I don't know how much more of this farce I'll be able to watch, this "trial" if that's what you want to call this state paid for" LIE FEST" is disturbing and disgusting. I am apalled at the D/T but I guess it's called defense lawyering. There is nothing about this child, this is about GA not even ICA,this is just disgusting :maddening::maddening:

I am glad George is beginning to say he doesn't recall, doesn't remember, etc. all these dates and details.

Baez is trying to get George trapped by demanding that he be so specific about times and dates for something that happened three years ago when there was tremendous stress going on.

Baez is really annoying me.
