Can someone explain to me how George can say in depo he did not put duct tape on and now he said he did? Are there more gas cans? Were the gas cans taken more than once?

Because apparently there's another photo with a different piece of duct tape on it. JB was trying to confuzzle GA and the jury. The photo JB is referring to is not the one that is currently in evidence and HHJP isn't having any of JB's shell game tricks.

They sure sound like diva's Pretzels in the breakroom please. We want to watch the ligning game please? Uh oh - keeping diaries? Notes yes, diaries? Notes are to be left on the chair at the end of each day. Now they want to keep diaries in their room. Good Lord, do they want to set this up for a mistrial?

I was on a jury and yes we all talked to each other just not about the case. They become your "family". When you are not allowed out of the jury room there is not a problem to request certain snacks. Game, why not request to watch it, it gets their mind off things and gives them some sort of enjoyment.

Nope! Sure didn't. Mentioned it to YM or the FBI. Not sure which. But if IIRC CA and GA both weren't too sure about him.
