Can someone explain to me how George can say in depo he did not put duct tape on and now he said he did? Are there more gas cans? Were the gas cans taken more than once?

Yes and apparently they were photographed more than once and apeared different each time ( clean vs diry...longer piece of tape.

Notes are to be left on the chair at the end of each day. Now they want to keep diaries in their room. Good Lord, do they want to set this up for a mistrial?

Yes there are 2 cans.
Yes taken more than once in the past.

I think the cans were taken into evidence after George told LE about the cans being in Casey's car. They were fingerprinted, etc. and then returned to George.

Then after Caylee's remains were found, they took then into evidence again.

Hence, two different pictures.

I can't figure out if he is INTENTIONALLY trying to pull a fast one or if Baez actually does NOT REALIZE there really are 2 different photos! I tend to go with the former, but that is giving him too much credit for knowing the facts of this case. It is a toss up!

Photos taken at different times and tape was different in its placement between the photos.
