Everyone is in trouble. Why did they need Tony?

I assume (and trust me, I'm very confoosed at this point) that they need Tony to identify the gas can before it can be brought into evidence. Since Tony and ICA together took it out of the shed after breaking into it.

Can someone explain to me how George can say in depo he did not put duct tape on and now he said he did? Are there more gas cans? Were the gas cans taken more than once?

Since we are on break, I would like to point out that sometimes this thread moves so fast, I don't see all the posts - often the first time I see one is in someone's quote. When I thank a "quoted post" I am thanking both the original poster, and the one that quoted it.

I don't know why I felt the need to say that now, but it is true, and it kept me from getting a vacation
