JB's getting slapped down by HHJP. This is sooo embarrassing for the DT. I'd like to know what AF and CM think about this absolute FOOL (JB).

Now JA getting a verbal smackdown about letting Tony Lazarro leave.

This is mind-bending in the way everyone seems so UNPREPARED today. Get it together. They've all had 3 years to prepare! JMHO.

I can't keep from laughing and all I can see is the camera man tripping over his rolling suit case yesterday and JB expression to him. WOW he just unbeliveable.

JB does not understand evidentiary law - nor does he understand the proper court procedure nor does he understand that HE CANNOT ENTER EVIDENCE into the proceedings. He cannot question a witness using evidence that has not been entered by the state.

This will take more than any 8 weeks. This will take at least 3 months ! At this rate, summer will be over by the time we get a verdict. OML

I'm glad BP let GA go back to his lawyer for some encouragement and advise. This line of questioning is insane IMO.

I have to wonder if that is a sign Beaz is getting very desperate here.
Not really serving any purpose other than angered the witness unless that is his purpose.

I love that George corrected Jose about that not being the picture that was shown to him during the deposition. Jose did this on purpose because he knows the jury is not seeing the picture... but George was smart to recongnize that it was not the same picture and to bring it up.

They just want to get the photo entered into evidence and Tony could have been used to do it. Then Jose could ask GA about it. Now he's gonna have to wait

Seeing the way Beaz treated the reporters yesturday morning he can use a bit of talking about "Respect".

I disagree with this nugget. JB might have his issues but those reporters/camera men were all up in his grill and didn't need to be, one caused him to get yanked back and then nearly slam his head in to a pole. He was the one being disrespected in that moment.

This whole way of JB questioning and GA answers are getting to me...the jury must be so confused as they don't know all we know about the 2 different cans and GA is not going to make it easy either.

I wish GA could get past his feelings for JB and just explain simply and to the point instead of sparring.

The SA's are so smart.......they will only use photo to bolster THEIR evidence. Not let JB use it to try to support his fiction.

No JB is just THAT stubborn. He's trying to nail GA and show he was being untruthful, but by doing it in an underhanded way. He knows George is right there are two different photos. But JB doesn't want to show the other photo because he knows the Jury will know exactly what he was up to for the last 20 minutes of questioning. He can't lose face now.

Everybody calls Tony when they're in trouble... if they need a couch to sleep on or a floor, gas, sex, car, hideout after you murder your child. Tony probably feels like he's in the twilight zone about now.

Now HP. He has lost control of the court room so he calls Tony to the rescue.
